Godzilla's original statistics remain the same in the first fifteen films; however, his appearance has changed from movie to movie, notably the loss of the earlike appendages on the head and having three toes rather than for on each foot from King Kong vs. Godzilla.

This second Godzilla arose from the Pacific in 1984 to begin the new series of Godzila films, also known as the Heisei seies. Ignoring the events of film 2 through 15, The Return of Godzilla was made as a direct sequelto the original Godzilla, in which the first King of the Monsters was killed by the Oxygen Destroyer. This second Godzilla is larger and heavier than the first.

HEIGHT: 100 Meters (328 feet)
MASS: 60,000 Metric Tons (66,000 Tons)

FIRST APPEARANCE: Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991)

The third Godzilla is a result of visitors from the future going back in time to alter the past. In Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, the futurians think they're preventing the original creation of Godzilla by teleporting Godzillasaurus to the Bering Sea, safely away from any nuclear tests. But an accident involving a nuclear submarine mutates Godzillasaurus into Godzilla twice the size of, and far more powerful than, the oiginal.
