Tallahassee WEEKLY FLORIDIAN, 3 October 1891.

The Lakeland, Arcadia and Gulf Coast Railway will be buit to Grove City, where they have been deeded five hundred lots, including the hotel, and five hundred acres of land near by. The company will develop Grove City into a fashionable winter resort. This will be encouraging news to the many citizens of Tallahassee who own building lots in Grove City.
