RAILROAD COMMISSION ORDERS ATLANTIC COAST
LINE
TO CEASE DISCRIMINATION.
The Florida Railroad Commission, on complaint
made by the Postal Telegraph Company of acts
of discrimination against it and in favor of
the Western Union Telegraphic Company in
respect to the transportation and
distribution of telegraph line material, has
ordered the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad
Company to discontinue such discrimination,
and to haul and distribute between its
stations such material for the Postal
Telegraph Company, prescribing the rates to
be charged for such service.
The order is mandatory in terms, and is dated
November 11, 1905.
