NOTICE.
To Holders of Claims Against the
Jacksonville, Pensacola and Mobile Railroad
Company.
BY DIRECTION OF THE HONORABLE Circuit Court
of the Fifth Circuit of the United States for
the Northern District of Florida, holders of
claims against the Jacksonville, Pensacola
and Mobile Railroad Company for any
consideration what ever rendered prior to the
management of the road under receivers of
said court, will present the same forthwith
to these receivers, whereupon the same will
be referred for investigation to Hon.Joseph
H.Durkee, A Master of said Court appointed
for said
