Avatar of Woe
The Avatar of Woe is the best avatar. Tapping to destroy any creature is truly amazing. A 6/5 unblockable(basically) scares anybody. And then, he's got the second best alternative play situation.
Avatar of Fury
The Avatar of Fury is definately a close second. A 6/6 Flyer with firebreathing is awesome. Its alternative play situation is probably the best, as it would be a cinch to play him in late game.
Avatar of Might
Avatar of Might is a great third. An 8/8 Trampler is trouble-and yet, if you play him early game you could very well get him for two forests, especially if your opponent is playing quick creatures.
