What is Oceanography?

Oceanography is the study of the earth's oceans. The different divisions of oceanography are sea water, oceans and rivers that flow through them, how waves are formed, untapped resources of the ocean, how to use to the ocean's bounty, how we will continue to explore oceans, and what more we will find.
