A mysterious past, Sailor Cosmos has many rumors around her life. Having faught in the Sailor Wars along side the other Legendary Scouts she is famous outside the milky way. Helping when she can, she fights against the Negaverse, but her duties in caring for the Universe keep her away, and rumors of an old foe....

"Cosmos, Infinity, Transform"
Her transformation
Stars arrise from around her in the ground and swirl upwards, hiding her
from view. Then there are flashes within the stars and eletricity sparks out
from within the stars, but Cosmos is still not seen. Then there's a clap of
thunder and everything dissappears, revealing Cosmos in her full silver
uniform with emerald tiara atop her head, and an emerald on her chest.
"Cosmos, Planet, Allignment"
Her main attack
Saying "Cosmos, Planet" five blue spheres composed
of electricity rise up from the ground and circle her body like a
hoola-hoop and then gather together into one big sphere on her
right palm which she holds up before her. Then she says
"Allignment" and the shpere shoots strait forward.
As it travels it brighten increasingly till hitting the target and
embrasing it in a bright light.
Star Gazer
A special sword that appears in her hands when she is traveling.
With it she can cause things to change and dissappear completely
with a single touch.
"Cosmic Teleportation"
Closing her eyes she speaks the phrase. The emerald
on her tiara flashes and she is gone to wherever she has thought of.
"Cosmic Planet Freeze"
Her Forbidden Attack.
When spoken the planet she is on will begin to quake and then
begin to freeze over, allowing it to heal.
Limitations
When using the attack Cosmos is also affected, and forced to live on on the
planet with it's inhabitants.
