This information is made possible through my cousin, Walter Kenneth Sylvester.This page is dedicated to the memory of Kenneth's Grandmother and Grandfather, my Grand Aunt, Nora Bessie Henderson Aldridge, 28 Jan 1895 - 6 April 1972, and my Grand Uncle, James Walter Aldridge, 12 Sept 1890 - 4 May 1919.They were married 20 November 1912.
A special thanks to cousin Carl Matthew O'Neal for furnishing me with the picture of Nora and Walter.
Directions: Take Route 203 N W out of Blackshear, Georgia and drive past Waters Road on your right. Turn left before Granger Road on dirt road beside a fenced in field. Follow this road for about a quarter of a mile. It comes to the little cemetery. Be careful of snakes and watch out for the prickly pear cacti.

I find it interesting that the Henderson Cemetery is located near "Thrift Road" and also near "Sweat Bridge Road". Berrien was Bridge Commissioner for the Sweat Bridge in 1878.
