The major requirement of clients is that they present an organized plan (which may include an outline), for me to build on.I cannot create a site if your ideas aren't in order & your goals aren't realistic.My websites will not provide all of the fancy 'bells & whistles' that other sites have because that can be expensive & time-consuming.
