HEPHZIBAH -- Reginald E. Belt, 13, of 3904 Ellen St., died Thursday, Dec. 17, 1998, at University Hospital, Augusta. <p>
The funeral was at 1 p.m. Saturday at Morgan Road Middle School with the Rev. B.G. Doyle Sr. officiating. Burial was in Hephzibah-Vance Memorial Garden. <p>
Reginald, a native of Frankfort, Germany, was an eighth-grade pupil at Morgan Road Middle School and a was member of Boy Scouts, Tiger Cubs and Word of God Mission, Martinez. He was in the All-County Orchestra and had attended Jamestown Elementary. He received All-County honors in 1995. <p>
Survivors include his mother and father, Otis and Dorothy Belt; a brother, Rodney Earl Belt, Camp LeJeune, N.C.; a sister, Rhonda Elaine Rowe, Misawa Air Force Base, Japan; and his grandmother, Leola Hunter, Fayetteville, N.C. <p>
Pallbearers will be friends and family members.
