THE SQUIRES
THE ADVENTURES OF THE SQUIRES
First off, an apology to Stephen Kenson whose page was the first one I have seen with the campaign log set out into issues. Sorry for pinching your idea.

The heroes are strolling (trying to think of a name) past a disused library when they are attacked by a mad mob for the simple reason that they are freaks. The heroes discovered that these simple folk were being controlled by another of Brainhead’s alien race – Badhead. Brainhead discovered that this evil Zarkronian was far more powerful than him, giving him an idea of his full potential.

Squires present: Melting Pot, Sniffles, Black Surfer, Brainhead, Changing Man, The Living Sludge
The Black Widow, having taken a shine to the team, finds them some new members in the form of Melting Pot, Sniffles and Black Surfer. These heroes join the team and the team proper is formed as The Squires. The heroes are invited to a restaurant and go there to find that there is a Murderworld inside. They thwart Stardust’s plan and save Arcade from his "partner". The Squires also gain an HQ in the form of a warehouse.
Issue #5 – Christmas Chaos!
1 – Captain Courageous, Fruit Machine Joey, Sergeant Baxter
Squires present: Captain Courageous, Brainhead, Living Sludge, Changing Man, Fruit Machine Joey, Sniffles, Sergeant Baxter, Black Surfer.
The heroes were looking at the monitors showing random parts of New York that Melting Pot installed before he left for New Zealand when they saw that some Christmas trees in Central Park had come to life and were attacking people. The Squires stopped the threat and then went home for supper. The team decided to take the 9 year old Sniffles to a big toy shop to see Father Christmas. This was fine until the Father Christmas turned out to be Oddball in disguise! Oddball was easily dealt with but his robotic explosive elf cronies turned out to be harder to deal with. After this was finished, the Squires despaired to see a huge castle had appeared just outside New York, and acidic snowmen were attacking the city. The Changing Man and Brainhead dealt with the snowmen while the rest of the team headed up to the castle to see what lurked within. In the end, the team managed to incarcerate the threat behind the attacks on Christmas – Badhead.
Issue #6 – Gun for everyone!
1 – Tony Everton, Shock Therapy
Squires present: Living Sludge, Brainhead, Shock Therapy, Razorwire, Tony Everton.
Tony Everton found that his friend Austin’s equipment had been stolen. The heroes discovered that it had been used to make guns that give bizarre mutations to those who are hit by them. Razorwire collected these guns and tested them on himself, mutating him bizarrely for a short period. In the end, it was discovered that Taskmaster was the villain who had been trying to create super-powered henchmen for hire, and he was defeated.
Issue #7 – Ware’s the house?
Squires present: Captain Courageous, Black Surfer, Shock Therapy, Razorwire, Brainhead, Living Sludge, Sniffles.
The group are hired by the new owner of Christmas castle – Noel Season. They are invited to delve beneath Christmas Castle to start up the secret generator. They do this even after a frightening shark attack. All goes well and the heroes are invited to a party at the castle that night, as are any other super-heroes who wish to come. The Changing Man arrives and decides that the heroes have become Capitalist scum and sets out to destroy them with his new gang – the Changing Men. The fight is hard but after much clamour, the Squire prevail. They go home to the warehouse and get sponsorship deals with milk companies – Shock Therapy, Brainhead and Sniffles lend their faces to Martin’s Milk, Razorwire advertises Milko and The Living Sludge and Captain Courageous are happy to promote Milkorama. The heroes are contacted after their photo-shoots and invited to attend a meeting with an anonymous caller. The team all attends, only to discover that the anonymous caller was the Changing Man! He lets them see a monitor displaying their warehouse being smashed by the wrecking crew. He smiles and is then swiftly knocked out by the heroes. The Squires return home and deal with the Wrecking Crew but the warehouse is destroyed.
