Here's a sauce I whipped up just the other day with things available in the kitchen. It turned out pretty good with nacho chips!

Take your blender out, and add:
10 green tomatoes (hacky-sack size)
1 medium carrot, chopped
5 peppercini, de-stemed
5 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp liquid smoke
10 habanero peppers
1/8 tsp anise seed
2 tsp powdered ginger
1 Tbsp oregano
the juice from one juicy, medium orange

Keep the machine going as you slowly add these ingredients, please.

After you are done, and pour out the contents, clean the blender with 1/2 cup of water, and add this to the mixture.

Heat uncovered in a microwave or on the stove, stirring if you do it on the stovetop to prevent burning.

Heat it up until it starts to put out steam. Set on the counter and let cool. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. It makes approximately 3 cups.
