There are some blocks like these below in Sky Sanctuary Zone. They will fall when you jump on them. Actually, all you have to do is to keep calm and jump carefully. You would be able to cross them easily.
There are two types of clouds in Sky Sanctuary zone, one lighter in colour and one darker in colour. Look at the darker clouds on the picture below, you can actually jump on it! Just jump on it and see.
You can see this 'machine' below in many places. When you jump on the bigger platform, you would go round and round the smaller platform. Be patient. If you want to go right, wait until you reach a 'right' position and jump.
Be careful of this machine below. This thing moves in a clockwise manner. It has spikes at the bottom, as you can see, is deadly and if you happen to be on a platform and it hits you from the top, you die! However, there is one thing though, you can jump onto its 'craddle', as shown below, and move safely to another place while collecting rings.
At this point ( around the end ), don't immediately go up. How about moving left? Just jump towards the left and land on a platform. Then move left and arrive at the second picture.
