Apple Pound Cake

• 1 1/2 cup of oil
• 2 cups of sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 cups sifted plain flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. soda
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 3 large apples, cubed
• 1 cup of nuts, chopped

Combine sugar and oil and eggs at medium speed.
Blend in dry ingredients.
Add vanilla, 3 large apples and 1 cup of nuts.
Blend well. Grease and flour tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
