I have chosen to light three candles. One candle is dedicated in the memory of our relative, Mildred Naiman, who was a passenger on Flight 11 out of Logan Airport, as well as all the other innocent victims who lost their lives. May god bless their souls and may we never forget these innocent victims who lost their lives in this despicable and evil act of terrorism. The second candle is for Paul Gonzales who is currently recovering from the injuries he escaped from the act of terrorism bestowed upon the Pentagon. He bravely led 5 of his 8 staff members out through a hole in the wall (made by the plane) to safety. Tragically, 3 other of his staff members lost their lives. He is truly a hero in every sense of the word. He is currently in the ICU unit with burns and smoke inhalation. Please say a prayer for him to recover completely so that he can return home to his wife, children and other family members. The third candle i would like to burn to relfect the spirit and soul of the United States of America. May this flame burn bright..may it burn strong..and may it burn eternally. Let this candle show the unity of our Country, our Trust in God, and our love for our Country.
God Bless America

It is so sad to see that the world has to be this way. Most people would like to to live in peace, but with the tragic event that took place on September 11, we feel so lost that there will never be peace among one another. God bless the lives that are gone and the lives of their families.
