"Walls of Protection"

cji
4/10/99

Verse 1
********

These walls were
very very high...

Verse 2
********

Only the righteous
who venture forth
looking for virtue,
light and truth;
can find the strength
to allow the walls
to be abandoned.

Verse 3
********

In faith to leap
forth as we
are so commanded
to do and obey.

Verse 4
********

So thus they
could not have
been taken down;
they were built
very carefully
and were meant
to last forever

as a protection...

Verse 5
********

But it is so given
to an
old rusty knight
who loves you;
as he obeys
and follows
in obedience.

Verse 6
********

To help hold
your hand this
wall to leave.

Verse 7
********

As any knight
knows the walls
are only as good
as the guards
and the feelings
to be felt.

Verse 8
********

If there were
a strength inside;
it is his duty
and responsibility
to find it.

Verse 9
********

Anyone can discover
a weakness to exploit;
but Knights
are required
to find the strengths
of another to build
and not destroy.

Verse 10
********

So within your walls
of protection found
remember somewhere;
someone in time
will come and tear
them down to destroy.

Verse 11
********

Thus it would be best
if this knight sent
by Father today;
were first to allow
you on faith
to be taken
and protected
in a far safer place.

Verse 12
********

Therefore maidens
and gentlemen fair;
build not your walls
for defense if you
are able to study war;
defense never wins
but to be in action;
in faith obedient
will overcome evil
with your strengths
in this world,
and in all
the worlds to come.
