It was a small breeze felt
as in the morning I awoke
my prayers said as I knelt,
sacred word to Father I spoke.

But with my eyes closed I knew
not the source of this small breeze
did it come my window through
my eyes not open on my knees.

Then it was a still small voice
which said, "I'll walk with you."
the words said, "It was my choice,
I'll always be near to you and true."

This special moment repeated each
and every day as it was my special
angel of the morning for to me teach
and in his arms I would then nestle.

How special was I to have all mine
an angel of the morning to help me.
He makes every day fill with sunshine
for all around me to both feel and see.

'I'll walk with you today my child."
is the answer to every little one,
as each prayer in heaven is filed.
Then the angels again to come.

Now it is night time and again I kneel
in prayer to my Heavenly Father above
I still am able my angels warmth feel
knowing today I was touched by His love.
