"Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand." Revelation 1:3
God's special message to prepare us for what is about to happen also proves that the Bible is what it claims to be - the word of God.
Beyond a doubt this book simply, forcibly, logically, and strikingly demonstrates how the Bible predicted the future with uncanny detail and accuracy.
"For I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done," Isaiah 46:9
Although there are scores of books on Bible prophecy, few prove their points from the Scriptures; most refer to other books, circumstances or the ramblings of men and even skip important sections of prophecy. Don't trust the opinions of others. Read these things for yourself and "know that I am God." Know that your faith is true, that you have the correct interpretation of the true religion of the only true God.
First, you will learn how the Bible itself says it is to be studied. This is where most "Bible Experts" make their first and most fatal mistake. Then, on to the study of the Old Testament book of Daniel. This is the only part of the Bible that was sealed and preserved just for us. "For the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end." Daniel 12:9. Jesus our Savior told us to read and understand this Old Testament book in Matthew 24:15. The book of Revelation is actually an explanation and expansion of this exciting Old Testament book of Daniel for many of its prophecies are first found there. Next, the oft misunderstood prophecies of Matthew 24 are thoroughly explained before we move on to
"The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass;" Revelation 1:1
These prophecies are in the Bible and mean something. They are worthy of our full and candid investigation. "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." Jeremiah 33:3
