When God sends his children to earth A Guardian Angel comes along. Walking by our side each day, Watching over us, making us strong. They whisper messages in our ear, Their voices, like sounds of music flow, Protecting us from dangers As on life's journey we go. Were you almost injured in a fall, Only to land on a cushion you had? And the accident you were in, Could it have really been bad? Your angel was there watching you Protecting you from harm, Like a mother would cradle her baby Close within her arms. What about that summer day, You had something important to do, But changed your mind because That inner voice told you too, And on this very day Your child got sick, And you were needed Really, really quick? Do you recall the time You were very sad, And a voice spoke to you Telling you to be glad, Making you remember All of life's blessings you share, Putting a smile upon your face Just knowing that others care? These are voices of angels Speaking to you from within. Always right there with you From the day your life began. They have no preferences, They are there for us all, No matter where your from Or how big or small. Learn to accept yourself as you are And be at peace within, Then you will hear the voices Or your angels, my friend. Nothing is more comforting Than knowing your not alone, That your Guardian Angel Is the best friend you have known. written by Brenda Hightower©
Someone wants to protect you No matter where you go Someone wants to share your dreams And hold you in their arms. Someone wants to forgive you For every wrong you've done. Someone wants to be near you When the day has just begun. Someone wants to be there When tears begin to fall, And help you have faith, Help you make it through it all. Someone loves you, for what you are And will always stay with you. It's the angel on your shoulder believe me......I know it's true. written by Roger Garza
At age 17, as most teenagers do, I was doing what I was not supposed to. While traveling down a country road, I hit a puddle of water. This caused me to lose control of the car. I was thrown in the floor underneath the steering wheel. When the car stopped, and I got up, the car was sitting on top of an eight foot embankment. Just like it had been driven there, between the drop off and a fence. No harm done. No scratches to me, or the car, nor damage to the fence. I know my angel was with me that day. I know she picked the car up and set in down. The chills that overtook me, I thought was fear. But it had to be my angel letting me know she was near.
