I am ~~§hy~~, and those of you who know me know my REAL name so I don't need to say it here, right? I am a 35 year old mom of three fine young men. They really are my world. I think the sweetest words I've ever heard were told to me just the other day by my 6 year old. He wakes from his nap long enough to whisper to me in a sleepy voice "mommy, I want YOU for my birthday". Yes, my heart melted.
At the present time I work in a physical therapy clinic doin' a little of everything, but I am going to be attending massage therapy school in the fall and after that I will be my own boss. I keep trying to sell my idea for a massage therapy clinic but no one wants to buy in... hmmm reckon it's the name "Rubs R Us" that I want to use thats scaring them all away... *L*
Some of my hobbies are .... the internet of course, however I must say HTML seriously pisses me off. I LOVE singing and line dancing and compete regularly in an open mic contest here in town. I've even won a time or two or three. *toothy grin* Music has always been a huge part of my life and I enjoy almost every venue. Some of my favorites are : George Strait, Diamond Rio, Jo Dee Messina, Dixie Chicks, Kid Rock (yes thats what I said), Counting Crows, Santana, Otis Redding, Dru Hill, Toni Braxton.... and sheesh... the list is endless. If you know me then you know that as well music being a passion of mine...so is BASEBALL. Go Braves! I also love boxing... who couldn't love Oscar DeLa Hoya?? *swoon*.... Shane Mosely and Pernell Whitaker and a couple more of my favorites, as well as Lenox Lewis.
I have been making friends online for a few years now and I have had the honour (Nuck Spelling ALERT!!!) of finding my best friend in the world online. Most of you know her as yin yang. Sometimes I think we are just alike, but at others I know she is the one that keeps me grounded (meaning 'keeping me from getting too "uppity"') She always takes my abuse of her with a smile, and how could ya not just smoooch a gal like dat??
