Destiny is more choice than chance...
you may think you are powerless to control
what happens to you in life, but nothing could be
further from the truth. Possibilities always exist,
and your choices will be limited only by where
you choose to look for them.

If you look down...
hanging your head in defeat or despair,
all you will see are your own two feet
firmly entrenched in the place you occupy
at this particular moment in your life.
It is a restricted view, and minor cracks and flaws
become major considerations and will slow you down
as you become more and more focused on this
very small space in a very small world.

If you look out...
the path you are traveling takes on a new perspective.
Perhaps you will see where it is heading,
and you can choose whether or not to continue.
Perhaps you will see other paths not far in the
distance you might wish to try. Perhaps you will decide to
break away and create a new path of your own.
The horizon is expanded mightily when you look out.

If you look up...
the world suddenly appears limitless.
The vast openness suggests infinite possibilities and
removes boundaries from your vision.
With no boundaries,
you are free to explore options
you might never have considered before.
There is freedom in this expanded
universe that will let you stretch and grow and explore
your maximum potential.
Look out, look up, unlock your heart and mind,
and you will be amazed at what happens

...One life to live.
Choose your decisions wisely,
For they determine your path in life.
Seek God for help in choosing where to go.
Love everyone.
One day you'll get your favor returned.

...Two hands, grasping each other's.
Letting each other know they are there.
Holding on tightly,
Fingers entwined,
You can almost feel each other's souls.

...Three roses in her hand,
Smiling happily as they embrace.
A gift so simple as three small roses,
Little things in life really do matter.
And they can mean so much.
Three small words, change their lives,
"I love you."
Three small words, waiting to be heard.
Everyone wants to be loved.

...Four Cokes and a picnic basket,
Heading to the beach.
Careless thoughts and wandering memories,
Fill their heads as they sit and think.
Breathe the sea air and take it all in.
These are the things in life that matter most.
Being free, speaking your mind and living life to the
fullest.

...Five days and it'll all be gone.
Graduation is closing in.
Your head is spinning with so many choices,
Decisions of your future lie so close to hand.
Fear takes over as you realize how you've changed.
Your life will never be the same.

...One last word, as they say,
Goodbye.
One last kiss they share.
One last tear they shed,
As they walk out of that one last door.
Two lonely hearts, broken and torn.

(Maybe they will meet again,
But they only have one life to live.)
