WWF Raw is War Report - September 27, 1999

• Backstage, Vince McMahon, along with Tony Garea, came to terms with the referees that have been on strike. McMahon said that the WWF would back them up in every way possible, and they have all the authority in the ring. They all shook hands and they would resume their jobs on the show.

• Triple H Interview, with Chyna.
- Triple H said everytime he held the belt in the air, the fans could kiss his ass. He said he was the best wrestler, and he went threw everyone the previous night in the Six-Pack Challenge. He said the best part of it was when Stone Cold Steve Austin had no choice, but to kneel down and count the three for him. He said he pinned none other than The People's Champ, The Rock. He said Austin was next, and he would not rest until he beat Austin's ass. The British Bulldog made his way out. Bulldog said he had a deal with Triple H. The deal was if either of them became the champion, they would give each other a title shot the next night. Bulldog said he came to the WWF for one thing, and that was to become the champion. He said he would take the belt later in the night. Triple H then told him to calm down. He said he lied to the Bulldog, and wasn't giving him anything. Bulldog kept calling Triple H "game-boy." Bulldog said he would fight Triple H no matter what. Triple H said "screw you" and Bulldog attacked him, until Chyna made the save. Vince McMahon made his way out near the entrance-way. He congratulated Triple H for becoming the new champion. He announced that Triple H would have to defend the title in Greensboro, North Carolina against The Rock.

• Backstage, Jeff Jarrett, along with Miss Kitty, was talking to Tom Pritchard. You could not hear what they were saying.

• Backstage, Mankind arrived with balloons and presents with some person under a sheet. He said he couldn't wait to see what The Rock would say.

• In a store, Stephanie McMahon and Test were shopping for a tuxedo for Test for the wedding. Test didn't like a few, until he tried on one that Stephanie loved.

• Jeff Jarrett, Tom Prichard Interview, with Miss Kitty. - Jeff Jarrett said he did not want any women to get hurt, as long as Chyna and Debra accepted their challenge. He challenged Debra and Chyna to fight he and Tom Prichard later in the show.

• The Big Show defeated Chris Jericho (w/Curtis Hughes) by Disqualification.
- Before the match, Chris Jericho said he was now the world's most dangerous man. Prince Albert came down to do color commentary. As the match went on, The Big Show set Jericho up for the Chokeslam, but Albert went to the top rope and nailed Big Show with a dropkick. When Curtis Hughes and Jericho were walking up the rampway, Road Dogg attacked them.

• Backstage, Mankind was sitting down with the person that was covered up. Stevie Richards came dressed as Dude Love. Mankind asked Richards why he was dressed like that. Richards said it was because all the chicks would love him. Mankind laughed and spit out the soda he was drinking. When Richards walked away, Mankind told the person under the sheet that Dude Love didn't get any chicks, it was all part of the gimmick.

• Backstage, Stone Cold Steve Austin made his way towards the ring.

• Stone Cold Steve Austin Interview.
- Stone Cold Steve Austin called out Vince McMahon. Austin said he reinstated McMahon for a Heavyweight Title shot against the champion the night after Unforgiven, which was then and there. McMahon said Austin was correct and thanked him. He said Austin would get his title shot, but he never said when. McMahon said it would be at No Mercey. Austin said if that wasn't waht happened, he would stomp a mudhole in McMahon's ass and walk it dry.

• Backstage, Chyna accepted Jeff Jarrett's challenge, but told Debra to be careful.

• On G-TV, The Mean Street Posse where in their hotel room. Rodney, Joy Abs, and Terri Runnels just finished taking a shower together and you know what else. Pete Gas was getting undressed for Terri, but Abs and Rodney kicked her out. Gas got upset, because he didn't get anything.

• Backstage, Triple H geared up for his Heavyweight Title match with The Rock.

• D-Lo Brown defeated Steve Blackman by Disqualification, to retain the European Champion.
- Droz joined for commentary. As the match went on, Steve Blackman attacked D-Lo Brown with a kendo stick, resulting in a Disqualification. Blackman then went after head security official, Jim Dotson, who tackled Blackman the previous night on Unforgiven. Meanwhile, Droz attacked D-Lo at ringside, until Mark Henry scared him off. D-Lo wanted no part of Henry and pushed him away.

• Backstage, Mankind made his way down to the ring with gifts in his hand. He invited Austin to the ring, but Austin passed the offer.

• Mankind came down with the person in the sheet. He said he wanted to apologize for giving Socko to The Rock the previous night on Unforgiven. He called The Rock out. The Rock came out and said he did not have time to waste and wanted to know why he was in the ring. Mankind called out The Rock's sixth grade teacher out. The Rock remembered her and after a while he told a story how she wouldn't let him make pancakes in school and told her to get out. Mankind then introduced The Rock's old gym teacher. The Rock said that his coach made The Rock do sprints after a football game one day. He had his coach blow his whistle and then told him to stick it up his candy-ass. Mankind told "the jerk" to leave. He then introduced The Rock's high school sweetheart. The Rock said they used to kiss a lot on her parent's couch. He said she used to love The Rock's tounge. The Rock said one time, when they were kissing she, told him, in his ear, to go for "second base." The Rock then put his hand on her knee and worked his way up, but she cut him off. He told her to "poontang her ass out of there." Mankind made The Rock open his gifts. One was a jacket that said "Rock and Sock Connection." Another gift was a sock, called Mr. Rocko. Mankind introduced Yurpul the clown, who was the person under the sheet. The Rock asked her what her name was, but cut her off by doing his usual "It doesn't matter what your name is" line. Mankind said it didn't matter, because she would lead everyone in a Happy Birthday song to The Rock. They sang, and afterwards, The Rock told Mankind it wasn't even his birthday. Mankind said when he spent time with The Rock, it always felt like someone's birthday. Triple H then ran in with a sledgehammer. He went at The Rock, but The Rock got away.

• The New Age Outlaws came down and had an open challenge to any tag team. In the backstage area, The Holly's wondered Road Dogg and Billy Gun met the super heaveyweight requirements. Hardcore said they should get the scale, as we went to a commercial break. After the break, Kane and X-Pac, who were back together, made their ways down to the ring to take on Outlaws.

• The New Age Outlaws vs. Kane and X-Pac went to a No Contest, to let The Outlaws retain the Tag Team Titles.
- As the match went on, Hardcore and Crash came down with the scale, but didn't make it on time, so they did color commentary. They soon interfered, resulting in a No-Contest. Kane, X-Pac, Road Dogg, and Billy Gunn all took out The Holly's and hugged in the end.

• Backstage, Terry Taylor interviewed The Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young, who both would take on Ivory. They called her a skank and said they would whip some ass.

• The Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young defeated Ivory in a Evening Gown Match. - Ivory was the first to rip the gown off Mae Young. She then made the tag to Moolah, who came in and got shots in on Ivory. She then ripped Ivory's gown for the win.

• Backstage, Chyna made her way towards the ring.

• On G-TV, Val Venis threw a soda can in the garbage and found the Mr. Rock sock that The Rock had earlier. He rolled it up and put it in his pants.

• Jeff Jarrett came down with Miss Kitty and Tom Pritchard. He called out Chyna, who came out and said the only way she would fight was if she won, she would get a rematch for the Intercontinental Title at No Mercy. Jarrett accepted, saying there was no way he and Pritchard would lose anyway.

• Chyna and Debra defeated Jeff Jarrett and Tom Prichard (w/Miss Kitty) via Pinfall, to let Chyna earn an Intercontinental Title shot.
- During the match, Jeff Jarrett put the Figure-Four Leglock on Chyna. Debra came in and raked Jarrett's eyes. Miss Kitty came in and got in a cat fight with Debra, while Pritchard took the guitar and nailed Chyna with it over the head. Jarrett was knocked out, so after Chyna was hit, she landed on Jarrett for the pinfall.

• Backstage, Triple H and The Rock made their ways to the ring.

• Triple H vs. The Rock resulted in a No-Contest, to let Triple H retain the Heavyweight Title.
- Stone Cold Steve Austin did color commentary. Triple H and The Rock fought on the outside into the crowd and back into the ring. Triple H tried to bring in a steel chair, but the referee stopped it only to be knocked out by Triple H. Austinthen ran in and gave Triple H the Stunner. Both men were on the ground and the referee was out. When The Rock finally put his arm on Triple H for the pin attempt, Triple H kicked out on two. The British Bulldog ran down and attacked The Rock and then Triple H.
