Triple H, along with Chyna and police officers, were shown in the backstage area, with a smile on his face. Triple H, however, may not be the champion come the Unforgiven PPV. She said someone who is recovering from an injury may show up later in the night, demanding a title shot, which he can contractually get. That person turned out to be Stone Cold Steve Austin. Triple H, along with Chyna and somewhere around 15 police officers, then made his way down. Triple H and Chyna immediately attacked Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco. Before Triple H could say much, Big Show and The Undertaker and The Rock and Mankind made their ways in through the crowd. They were stopped at ringside by the officers, who surrounded the ring. The Big Bossman then made his way out. He told Bulldog he shouldn't have stuck his nose in his business. Snow then appeared near the entranceway. He challenged Bossman to a match where there would be one steel cage that would be covered by a Hell in the Cell steel cage. Bossman said he would only accept of the Hardcore Title was on the line. Snow agreed, but also said Pepper's friends would be inbetween the two cages. Two trainers then brought out a couple of Rot Wilers. As Snow laughed, Bulldog attacked Bossman from behind. - The Godfather said he just wanted to wrestle Chaz, because of Chaz' bad luck with women. Chaz was fine with The Godfather's decision. During the match, a crying Mariana came down, wearing sunglasses. When she removed the glasses, she revealed a blackeye. She continued to say, "Why, Chaz, why?" Two more referees made their ways down, but were thrown out. Other officials, including Tony Garea and Sgt. Slaughter, were then in, but were also knocked out. Earl Hebner ran in, but after seeing the carnage, wanted know part of the match, as he headed to the back. A load of WWF superstars then got involved in the match, including The Godfather, Crash Holly, Hardcore Holly, Prince Albert, Chaz, Stevie Richards, Sean Stasiak, The Blue Meanie, The Dudley Boyz, The New Brood, Jeff Jarrett, Droz, and The Acolytes. Triple H grabbed Linda's arm. Shane McMahon's entrance music hit the speakers, but it wasn't Shane who appeared, but rather a returning Vince McMahon! McMahon said he promised he wouldn't get involved in WWF business anymore, but the situation with his wife and Triple H had gone too far and was personal. McMahon called Triple H a son of a bitch and told him to remember who got him to the level where he could become a Heavyweight Champion. McMahon removed his jacket and threw it in Triple H's face. Austin then ran out and took on Triple H, to get their match underway.
• Triple H and Stone Cold Steve Austin went to a No-Contest, to let Triple H retain the Heavyweight Title.
- As the insane match went on, with the crowd going crazy, Stone Cold Steve Austin nailed Triple H with a chair. He wanted to swing it again, working on Triple H's knee, but the referee wouldn't allow it. Austin then knocked out referee Earl Hebner, who happened to be the last one of the night. Triple H and Austin then brawled on the outside, while the steel cage was lowered. The bell was rung. After Austin took out Triple H with the Stunner, he celebrated on the top of the cage as the show went off the air.
