• Rock Interview.
- Lilian Garcia was back doing ring announcing. The Rock let everyone know he had finally came back to Boston. The Rock said the previous Thursday on Smackdown, he should have became the Heavyweight Champion, if it weren't for WWF Commissoner Shawn Michaels being in the pocket of Triple H. The Rock then insulted Michaels, mocking the way Michaels always says, "The sheriff is back in town." The Rock told Michaels to face him, so he (The Rock) could take his sheriff six-shooter gun and stick it straight up Michaels' candyass. The Rock said Triple H had five seconds to get out there or he would go to the back and whip hiss monkeyass across the Fleet Center. The crowd counted to five. Michaels didn't show up, so The Rock headed to the back, as the crowd chanted, "Rocky." The Rock checked the women's bathroom. Triple H, Shane McMahon, and Chyna all ambused The Rock. Mankind made the save, at which point officials separated the two sides.

He said since Mankind and The Rock felt like getting the Heavyweight Title, both would get a shot at it against Triple H later in the show. However, The Rock would have defeat The Undertaker in a No Holds Barred/Falls Count Anywhere match. The crowd chanted, "Asshole." As for Mankind, Shane bragged about defeating him the previous Thursday on Smackdown. In order for Mankind to get his title shot , he would have to defeat The Mean Street Posse in a Handicap Match. Shane called out Mankind to get the match underway. Mankind then made his way out, along with referee Teddy Long. Shane dismissed Long, saying he would be the Guest Referee. Shane told Mankind if he touched him in anyway, he (Mankind) would be disqualified, and thus, would not receive a title shot.

• The Mean Street Posse defeated Mankind by Disqualification.
- Mankind first destroyed Rodney and Joey Abs. He removed Pete Gas' neckbrace and nailed his head into the turnbuckle several times. Mankind then charged into Rodney, who was knocking out, sitting in the corner. Abs later nailed Mankind with a chair, which Shane didn't see. Gas through in some garbage cans for he and Abs to use on Mankind. Shane didn't notice the weapons, since he was checking on the condition of Rodney. When Shane turned around, he saw the crushed garbage cans, and acted as if The Mean Street Posse weren't allowed to use them. Abs brought a street sign in, but ended up nailing Rodney with it. Mankind then hit Abs with the Double -Arm DDT on the street sign. Shane supposedly hurt his ankle, at which point Mankind countered a snow shovel hit by Gas. Mankind pulled up the shovel between Gas' legs and nailed him on the back with it. Mankind had the pinfall on all three members of The Posse, but Shane wouldn't count the pin. Mankind then pulled out Mr. Socko and shoved it down the throat of Shane. Triple H ran in, but Mankind kicked him out of the ring. Shane called for the bell and announced Mankind lost by Disqualification. Lilian Garcia messed up the deicision, though, and announced Mankind as the winner by DQ. Shane went up to Garcia and corrected her. She announced The Posse as the winners, since Mankind put his hands on the referee, meaning Mankind would not receive his title shot.
