• Vince McMahon Interview, with The Corporate Ministry Interview.
- According to Jim Ross, Kevin Kelly was sitting in for Jerry Lawler because Lawler had transportation problems. Triple H wheeled down Vince McMahon in his wheelchair, but McMahon was able to walk up to the ring, not before sitting down on the wheelchair once again. McMahon said he hoped the crowd brought their cameras, since they would get the chance to capture a picture of Stone Cold Steve Austin as the Heavyweight Champion for the last time. He said he would guarantee that The Undertaker would defeat Austin in their First Blood-Title match at the Fully Loaded PPV, where if Austin won, McMahon would have to step down as the Chairman of the WWF, but if The Undertaker won, Austin would never again receive a title shot. McMahon said he was not only putting his career on the line, but also on The Undertaker's. The Undertaker said nobody threatens him. The Undertaker said it was McMahon's problem that he added the stipulations to his match with Austin. The Undertaker said his feud with Austin was personal. He said he would once again become the Heavyweight Champion, but would do it for himself, not McMahon. McMahon asked The Undertaker who signed his checks. He told The Undertakre to think about that and said he made him. The Undertaker got straight in McMahon's first, saying nobody made him, nobody owned him, and nobody told him what to do. Triple H told The Undertaker to back off, pushing him away. The Undertaker told Triple H to step off, or he would split his head open like he would to Austin at the PPV. Triple H asked McMahon why he trusted The Undertaker, with him (The Undertaker) holding all the cards. Triple H told McMahon he knew McMahon made him. He said he proved himself at the King of the Ring PPV. Triple H asked McMahon to give him the spot The Undertaker had to take on Austin for the title. McMahon said The Undertaker had Austin so screwed up, they didn't know if they could trust him. He announced The Undertaker and Triple H would go one-on-one later in the show, with the winner taking on Austin for the title in the First Blood match at the PPV. He said the loser could participate in the Strap-Number one contender match with The Rock. The Undertaker said if that was the way they wanted it, that's what they could get, but guaranteed he would be taking on Austin at the PPV. Austin's music then blared, as he made his way into the arena with a Central Kentucky Blood Center truck. Austin got on top of the truck. He said he brought a whole truck full of blood for The Undertaker. He said sometime during The Undertaker's match with Triple H, he would lock The Undertaker's dead ass in the truck and would take a donation from McMahon's skull. As The Corporate Ministry looked on, Austin drunk a few beers. The truck remained in its parking spot throughout the night.
• Backstage, Road Dogg and Chyna were shown on separate screens, making their ways down for their Dog Pound Match.
• Backstage, Shane McMahon, along with Triple H, told his father everything was in control. Triple H told McMahon he had The Corporate Ministry guarding on the outside of the locker room incase Stone Cold Steve Austin tried to barge in. He said as long as McMahon took care of him, he would take care of McMahon.
• Dog Pound Match: Road Dogg and Chyna went to a No-Contest.
- Road Dogg hyped up the crowd with his ring introduction. Chyna was hesitant to put on the dog collar. RD called her a bitch, saying he knew she and Triple H were kinky, as they probably used a dog collar the previous night. As the referee was in the process of putting the collar on Chyna, Chyna yanked the collar, pulling RD in for a clothesline, but she missed. Mr. Ass then ran in. He and Chyna attacked RD, throwing him over the ropes to choke him with the collar. X-Pac then made the save, as Ass and Chyna ran off, laughing.
• Backstage, Vince McMahon was speaking to Shane and Triple H. Someone knocked on the door. McMahon freaked, thinking it was Stone Cold Steve Austin, but it ended up being The Mean Street Posse.
• Mean Street Posse Interview.
- Jim Ross said Jerry Lawler was on his way to do the announcing. Shane McMahon said he wasn't out there to talk about Test, but to publicly apologize to his sister for accidently hitting her the previous week on Raw is War. Stephanie was making her through the backstage area, with Test not wanting her to go. Stephanie said she would be alright, since Shane was her brother. Pete Gas held up the rope for her. Shane apologized to his sister, saying he would never intentionally strike her. He said it wasn't his fault, but rather Test's. He said the entire situation was out of control, but he was there to save the day. He said he had been talking at link to Joey Abs. He said Abs would forgive her and take her back. Stephanie said she went out with Abs one time because Shane asked him to, with it turning out ot be a nightmare instead of a date. Stephanie said she wanted no part of Shane or Abs. Abs asked Stephanie if she remembered how good it use to be, as he ran his fingers through her hair. He said he knew Stephanie blew her first opportunity with him, but he had a big heart and would take her back. Stephanie slapped him away, told Abs to keep her hands off her, and told The Mean Street Posse to stay away from her. Shane said he gave Stephanie her chance, but now they had to do things his way, because he would stop at nothing for her happiness.
• Backstage, The Rock was walking down the hall. Someone asked him for his autograph. The Rock signed away, but joked and scared the guy around the entire time.
• Four-Team Elimination Match: The Hardy Boyz (w/Michael Hayes)defeated The Acolytes, Droz and Prince Albert, and Val Venis and The Godfather (w/ho's) with a top rope Huracanrana, to retain the Tag Team Titles.
- Droz was almost back to his normal attire, except this time, he was wearing panty hose. He and Prince Albert were first eliminated after Bradshaw took out Albert with the Clothesline from Hell. The Acolytes were then eliminated after The Godfather nailed Bradshaw with his cane, letting Val Venis make the pin. The Godfather put Matt Hardy through the Ho Train and then the Pimp Drop, with Venis about to execute the Money Shot, but Michael Hayes knocked him off the top turnbuckle. Jeff Hardy then took Venis down with a top rope Huracanrana, to let Matt make the pin.
• Backstage, Jeff Jarrett, along with Debra, made his way down. Jarrett said he would be doing all the talking.
• In this week's installment of G-TV, which consisted of an opening montage, the stars from the movie Mystery Men were shown talking about Raw is War, where Vince McMahon signed a contract in Stone Cold Steve Austin's blood. Ben Stiller said he would rather be checking out Debra's puppies, than spending time for the opening of Mystery Men on 7/30. He spotted the camera and took it down.
• Jeff Jarrett (w/Debra) defeated Christian with the Reversed Russian Legsweep, to retain the Intercontinental Title.
- Jerry Lawler was back just in time for Debra. Jeff Jarrett said everyone was talking about Debra, but Debra was only talking about him. Jarrett told Stone Cold Steve Austin to stay away from him, or he would skin his ass, and make a pair of boots. Christian was immediately dominating, so Debra got on the apron and distracted the referee. Jarrett was about to put Christian through the Reversed Russian Legsweep, but Christian reversed it with his Reversed Backslide Drop finisher. Jarrett kicked out of the pin, though. Christian went to the outside to have words with Debra, where Jarrett attempted to use a guitar on his opponent. Christian took it away and was about to use it on Jarrett in the ring, but the referee took it away, at which point Jarrett finished off Christian. Following the match, Jarrett received a bloodbath. Jim Ross noted it couldn't have been Edge, since Edge was making his way in then and there. Edge and Jarrett, who would go one-on-one for the Intercontinental Title at the Fully Loaded PPV, started to go at it, but were eventually separated by officials. Edge and Christian were then puzzled about the Bloodbath.

• Mr. Ass (w/Chyna) defeated The Rock with Famouser.
- The Rock let everyone know he had finally returned to Lexington, Kentucky. He said Mr. Ass was probably suffering from a rock fever, so he would take his temperature, and instead of shoving the thermometer down Ass' throat, he would shove it straight up his candy ass. The Rock immediately went at Ass, ass Ass made his way down, along with Chyna. The Rock went for an early Rock Bottom, but Ass countered with a hangman neckbreaker. Ass threw The Rock to the outside and used the barracade to his advantage. The Rock was back on top after getting out of a sleeper hold. He had a pin at one point, but Chyna distracted the referee. Ass was thrown into the ropes, knocking Chyna off, at which point The Rock gave Ass a Rock Bottom. The Rock went for the People's Elbow, but was stopped by a chairshot from Chyna that the referee didn't see. Ass then executed the Famouser for the win.

• Al Snow and The Big Bossman went to a No-Contest in a non-title match.
- Al Snow had Head bandaged up, after Prince Albert pierced it the previous week. Snow was going crazy, as he stood up on the announcer's table. He threw the timekeeper across the floor on the outside, and threw about five chairs in the ring. He begged The Big Bossman to hit him with the nightstick. Bossman did so, but the match didn't even had Hardcore Rulles on the line. Snow was handcuffed to the ropes and beaten around with Bossman's nighstick. Snow just laughed and drueled.

Ken Shamrock then ran in and scared everyone off.

• Backstage, Steve Blackman left the arena.
• Kane and X-Pac vs. The Big Show and Hardcore Holly resulted in a No-Contest.
- X-Pac wanted no part of Kane, as he told him to leave. Kane remained, as he and The Big Show went at it. The Undertaker made his way down and chokeslammed X-Pac. He went to the outside, where he nailed Big Show and Hardcore Holly with a steel staircase. Kane followed The Undertaker out, but eventually turned back to check on X-Pac. The Undertaker couldn't believe it, as he told Kane his partnership with X-Pac was over. Footage was shown on the Titan Tron of The Undertaker chokslamming X-Pac, with Kane first noticing what went down. Kane then grabbed his brother and chokeslammed him. Kane carried X-Pac out. X-Pac showed emotion with tears in his eyes, as he hugged Kane.
• The Undertaker (w/Paul Bearer) defeated Triple H (w/Chyna, Vince McMahon) by Disqualification, to let The Undertaker take on Stone Cold Steve Austin for the Heavyweight Title in the First Blood PPV match.
- Vince McMahon seemed to be cheering for Triple H throughout the match. Chyna got a cheapshot on The Undertaker on the outside, which let Triple H take the advantage. In the backstage area, Stone Cold Steve Austin was shown, dragging the camera man down. Austin ran in and stomped on The Undertaker. The Rock then entered and took out Triple H. All four superstars brawled in the crowd. The Undertaker and Austin brawled near the blood truck (where there was a whole in the windshield after Austin had accidently fell on it earlier in the program, but it wasn't shown). McMahon continued to watch on from the ringside area. The Undertaker was about to throw Austin in the blood truck, but Austin ended up getting and locking him in there. Austin then returned to the ring, where he took a shot at the head of Mcmahon. He nailed McMahon with his smoking skull Heavyweight Title belt, busting him wide open. Austin grabbed a pen from the announcer's table and signed the contract. Austin then took another shot at a bloddy McMahon with the belt. Meanwhile, Paul Bearer unlocked The Undertaker. The Undertaker returned to the ring, where he clocked Austin from behind with a beer can, with Austin getting busted open once again.
