• Vince McMahon Interview.
- Vince came down in his wrestling attire (black jeans, tank top) and talked about the anticipation of everyone wanting to know who the Higher Power was. He named a few names that have been speculated, such as Shawn Michaels and Jake "The Snake" Roberts. He was then thinking it was one of the McMahon's, specificaly Shane. He challenged the Higher Power to a No Holds Barred match, who he thought was Shane. He said since he and Shane own 50 percent of the WWF, it would all be on the line in the match. Shane came out near the entrance-way and accepted the challenge from Vince. Shane said he was not the Higher Power, though, but The Undertaker would reveal the Higher Power shortly.

• Backstage, Stone Cold Steve Austin was speaking to someone in a white limousine, but we could not hear what he was saying.

• Corporate Ministry Interview.
- The Undertaker spoke first. He said for months, he had been talking about who the Higher Power would be. He said the time had come and the Higher Power arrived He then called for the Higher Power. The Higher Power came down, to the chanting music. Shane McMahon then made his way out, to confirm that he was not the Higher Power. Vince McMahon appeared on the Titan Tron and said it was time for everyone to find out who the Higher Power was. The Higher Power took his hood off, to reveal Vince McMahon. McMahon said that he fooled everyone - hook, line, and sinker. Stephanie and Linda McMahon then made their ways out near the entrance-way. Stephanie asked how her brother and father could do what they did. Vince said it was just business, but he and Shane still loved them. Linda then told everyone that Vince lied to them by saying he and Shane each owned half of the company. Linda said all four members of the McMahon Family owned shares of the company. Linda said earlier in the day, she stepped down from her CEO position after an emergency meeting, which Vince wasn't called in for, and handed the position to someone else. She also laid down a few rules for Titan Towers, which were a new casual dress code and drinking on the job. She then introduced the new CEO, Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin came out in a tie, with jeans and a T-shirt. He then switched around a few matches for the show. First, he announced that Shane and Vince would take him on in a handicap match at the King of the Ring PPV. Vince, in fear, eventually accepted and said he and Shane could take on Austin. He then said later in the night, Kane and X-Pac would take on Shane in a handicap matchp; The Rock and Triple H would go one-on-one in a cast match, where Triple H would have to wear a cast on his leg; The Union could wrestle anyone they wanted to. Austin mentioned a get-well for Mick Foley. Austin said if anyone wanted to see him, they would have to stand in line by his locker room door. If he wasn't too busy drinking beers, then he would answer it.

• Backstage, Linda and Stephanie McMahon gave Stone Cold Steve Austin a briefcase full of beer. Each of them drank one.

• The Acolytes defeated The Brood (Edge and Gangrel, w/Christian) with Bradhsaw's Clothesline from Hell, to retain the Tag Team Titles.
- During the match, The Hardy Boyz and Michael Hayes came down to scout The Brood. While Edge and Gangrel were distracted by what was going on in the ring, Bradshaw clobbered Gangrel with the Clothesline from Hell for the win. Following the match, while Christian was being triple teamed by The Hardy Boyz and Hayes, Edge and Gangrel ran to his aid.

• Backstage, The Union were making their ways to the ring.

• Union Interview, Conducted by Michael Cole.
- The Big Show simply said that he wanted The Undertaker one-on-one for the Heavyweight Title later in the show. Ken Shamrock challenged Vince McMahon to a Lions Den Match and put aside his originally scheduled match with Jeff Jarrett. He said that he was the only one that stuck with McMahon when he needed him and sacrificed himself for McMahon, but said that now, he would make McMahon pay. Test was then interviewed. He called out Stephanie McMahon, as she made her way out. Vince and Shane were watching in shock in the backstage area the entire time. Test got on his knees and asked Stephanie if she wanted to go on a date. Stephanie accepted. Test was extremely happy, while Vince and Shane were screaming backstage.

• Backstage, the WWF French doctor put the cast on Triple H's leg, who obviously didn't want it on.

• X-Pac and Kane defeated Shane McMahon by Disqualifiication.
- The moment Shane McMahon got in the ring, two people ran in the ring with masks and attacked Kane and X-Pac. They exited quickly. They took off their masks, revealing themselves as The Mean Street Posse (Rodney and Pete Gas). From behind, Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco threw them back into the ring. X-Pac and Kane destroyed Posse with chokeslams, spinning kicks, and Tombstones. Brisco and Patterson were flexing up on the ramp (ala Hogan).

• Backstage, Chyna and Triple H, who was limping because of the cast, were walking towards the ring.

• Backstage, Michael Cole interviewed Debra, who was set to take on Nicole Bass for the Women's Title. She told Cole that there was a clause in her contract that states she does not have to defend her title for 30 days in which she received it. She said if Bass still wanted to meet her in the ring, it would be a bikini contest. If Nicole won, she would get her title shot the following week on Raw is War, but if Debra won, Bass wouldn't get the shot.

• The Rock defeated Triple H (w/Chyna) by Disqualification.
- Triple H struggled throughout the match, as The Rock mainly dominated. As the match went on, The Rock put a chair on Triple H's face, to set him up for the People's Elbow. The Undertaker came down and attacked The Rock, and Tombstoned him on the chair. The Big Show then made the save and chased The Undertaker out of the ring.

• Backstage, Debra made her way down to the ring.

• Debra (w/Jeff Jarrett) defeated Nicole Bass (w/Val Venis) in a Bikini Contest.
- Jerry Lawler got up from the announcer's booth and made his way into the ring to host the bikini contest. Both women were introduced, followed by their men. Nicole Bass first took her robe off, revealing a green binkini, to a course of boos. Debra took her jacket boff, revealing a silver bikini with hearts on it, to a huge pop. Lawler asked the fans two times who they thought had the best bikini, puppies, and kujos (implied for Bass). Debra took the victory. Nicole was very upset, as Val Venis attacked Jeff Jarrett. Venis held Jarrett while Bass took the guitar to nail Jarrett, but Debra pulled it away, so Venis was the victim. After Venis recovered, he chewed out Bass, saying she continued to screw things up. Bass said, "Screw You," and then left the ring. Bass wouldn't get her shot at the Women's Title the following week on Raw is War.

• Backstage, on two separate screens, Ken Shamrock and Vince Mcmahon were shown preparing for their Lions Den match.

• In his week's installment of G-TV, PMS were shown in their locker room. Ryan Shamrock, Jacqueline, and Terri Runnels were all in towels. Each talked about men in the WWF, such as Val Venis and Billy Gunn, with Terri Runnels even bringing up her honey moon night with Dustin Runnels.

• The Godfather (w/ho's) defeated Billy Gunn with a Leg Drop.
- Before the match, Jim Ross noted that Stone Cold Steve Austin announced, as the CEO of the WWF, that is any Corporate Ministry member interfered in the Ken Shamrock vs. Vince McMahon Lions Den Match or The Undertaker vs. Big Show Heavyweight Title match, they would be fired. The Godfather once again brought out several ho's, as he hyped up the crowd with his introduction. As the match went on, the referee was distracted, which let Road Dogg enter and give Billy Gunn a Pumphandle Slam. The Godfather then entered the ring, put a leg drop on Gunn, and made the pinfall. He then celebrated with the ho's.

• Backstage, Michael Cole attempted to get a word with Droz and Prince Albert. Cole asked Droz if he was ready to take on Al Snow in the Hardcore Title match. Droz tried to answer, but ended up puking on the floor, along with Prince Albert.

Snow broke a huge flower vase over Droz's head and used other objects. Snow then got a three count after he nailed Droz with some kind of art sculpture.

• Backstage, Ken Shamrock was shown making his way down to the ring. Vince McMahon was also shown, and was interviewed by Michael Cole. McMahon said, "Do you really think I am afraid of Ken Shamrock?"

• Lions Den Match: Vince McMahon defeated Ken Shamrock by making him submit to an Ankle Lock.
- When Vince McMahon came out out, he locked himself in the cage. Ken Shamrock came out and couldn't get in, as he tried kicking the door open. McMahon unhooked the chain from the door and held it, threatening Shamrock. Shamrock kicked the door open, but when he turned around, Jeff Jarrett nailed him with a chair. A knocked out Shamrock landed on the canvas of the Lions Den, as McMahon took the advantage and strapped his opponent in the Ankle Lock for the win.

- The Undertaker and The Big Show fought on the outside near the announcer's table, smashing each other on it. Both men attempted their own chokeslams during the match, but could not connect. When they were both in the ring, The Big Show went for another Showstopper, and from at least eight feet in the air, TThe Undertaker was chokeslammed through the bottom of the ring, leaving a huge whole. The referee rang the bell from there. Corporate Ministry members ran down but were all given Showstoppers, as The Undertaker climbed out of the whole, and left with his Heavyweight Title as the show went off the air.
