• X-Pac, Road Dogg, and Kane vs. Billy Gunn, D-Lo Brown, and Mark Henry (w/Ivory) resulted in a No-Contest.
- X-Pac and Road Dogg made their ways out to the original D-Generation theme music, while Kane made his very own entrance. RD had the crowd say "suck it" if no one was down with the three-man tag team. The team of Billy Gunn, Mark Henry, and D-Lo Brown worked well on RD and X-Pac when they were in the ring. RD was tagged in for a second time and started to dominate. At one point, X-Pac nailed D-Lo with the X-Factor, but Gunn made the save when a pinfall was attempted. Kane went for a double chokeslam on D-Lo and Henry, but was interrupted by Gunn. All six men were then on the outside. RD and Gunn battled to the back, while the Tag Team Champions battled through the crowd with Henry and D-Lo. Following the match, Shane McMahon, along with some members of The Corporate Ministry made their ways down to the ring for an interview.
• Shane McMahon Interview, with Corporate Ministry.
- The crowd chanted, "Asshole." Shane McMahon said The Corporate Ministry would annihalate everything in their path. Shane said it was "fate that incapacitated The Union's car." Shane said his hit list first started with Vince McMahon. Shane said he told his father to stay away from him, but he didn't, so The Corporate Ministry would come after him.
• Backstage, Vince McMahon, Gerald Brisco, and Pat Patterson worried that The Union had not yet arrived. Brisco locked the door, while Patterson put a red couch in front of it. The Corporate Ministry made their ways to Vince McMahon's office. They knocked on the door, but McMahon would not open it. As Viscera was knocking down the door, McMahon opened up the restroom door. The Undertaker popped out and choked McMahon back in the restroom. Triple H and Chyna also popped out, as they went after Patterson and Brisco. McMahon was then shown being wheeled out on a stretcher into an ambulance, with Patterson and Brisco by his side. Patterson's black and white T-shirt was torn apart.
• Val Venis and The Godfather (w/ho's) defeated Jeff Jarrett and The Blue Blazer (w/Debra) with The Godfather's Pimp Drop.
- Jim Ross announced that The Union had arrived. Val Venis did his sexual joke, comparing himself to a hurricane. The Blue Blazer was obviously Owen Hart. Intercontinental Champion, The Godfather, had a total number of six ho's with him, as he hyped up the crowd with his "Ho Train" and "Pimpin' Ain't Easy" introduction. Jerry Lawler was beside himself. The crowd chanted, "We Want Puppies." As Venis and The Godfather showed excellent teamwork, The Godfather had Jeff Jarrett finished off with the Pimp Drop, but Blazer didn't let it happen. Nicole Bass made her way down to the ring and got in the face of Women's Champion, Debra. After Jarrett was knocked out of the ring, The Godfather finished off Blazer with the Pimp Drop for the win. Venis and The Godfather walked back with the ho's.
• Backstage, The Rock was shown walking around in his locker room.
• Backstage, Stone Cold Steve Austin arrived.
• Test defeated Meat (w/PMS) by Disqulification.
- Ryan Shamrock was the newest member of PMS. As Meat posed to PMS, Test took the early advantage on him. Terri Runnels later helped Meat get his foot to rope after Test nailed him with the DDT. As the match went on, Test set up Meat for the Pumphandle Slam, but Jacqueline caused a Disqualification after dropkicking Test from behind from the top rope. An attack continued on Test. Tori made her way out to PMS' music. It appeared she would be another to help out with the attack on Test, but she ended up blasting Ryan and Jackie.
• Backstage, Shane McMahon told The Corporate Ministry, "One down, two to go."
• Miami Dolphins quarterback, Dan Marino, was shown in his ringside seat.
• Stone Cold Steve Austin Interview.
- Stone Cold Steve Austin first discussed matters on Triple H, saying he (HHH) had every ounce of ability to get to the top. He said Shane McMahon's vision of his match with Triple H was different than his. Austin's vision was having Triple H coming down to the ring and sticking his foot up Triple H's ass. Austin said if Chyna interfered, his foot would go up her ass. Austin said he didn't care who the Guest Referees would be in his Over The Edge Heavyweight Title match with The Undertaker. He said The Undertaker would not put him in an ultimate sacrifice, but instead, The Undertaker would know Austin 3:16 just whipped his ass. The Corporate Ministry then made their ways out to the rampway. Shane said he heard enough of Austin's yapping. The Undertaker was ready to go after Austin, but Shane told them to hold on. Shane said if Austin laid one hand on him during the Over The Edge match, Austin would be stripped of the title, and the title would be awarded to The Undertaker. Shane said Austin could see Vince McMahon later in the night, as he could possibly arrange Austin's hospital bed right next to the father of shane's. As The Corporate Ministry went after Austin, Ken Shamrock popped up from behind Shane and choked him out. The rest of The Union made their ways out and brawled with The Corporate Ministry to the locker room. The Undertaker, Shane, and Paul Bearer were all left. Bearer ended up in the ring with Austin, and received a Stunner. The Undertaker did not attempt to save Bearer. Austin then drunk down a beer and threw it in the crowd.
• Casket Match: The Undertaker defeated The Rock.
- Paul Bearer did not accompany The Undertaker to the ring. The silver, metal casket was placed near the ring. As the match went on between The Undertaker and The Rock, The Corporate Ministry and The Union brawled in the backstage area. The Rock executed the People's Elbow. At first The Undertaker got up, but The Rock just kicked him back down, and executed the famous maneuver. Triple H, Chyna, and Shane McMahon made theirs ways down just when The Rock was about to throw The Undertaker in the casket. The Rock gained the advantage by using the cast on his arm. The Rock knocked out Triple H to continue his domination, but The Undertaker low-blowed him. Triple H grabbed a sledgehammer and nailed The Rock's arm with it, which was on the staircase. The Undertaker then banged The Rock's arm against the casket and threw him in there to take the win. Triple H locked the casket. They threw the casket around as Triple H repeatedly hit the casket, penetrating it.
• Backstage, Jack Lanza, Slaughter, and other WWF officials opened up The Rock's beat up casket. The moment they saw The Rock, they said to call an ambulance.
• The Hardy Boyz and Michael Hayes (Dok Hendrix) vs. The Brood resulted in a No-Contest.
- The Hardy Boyz and Michael Hayes all wrestled in black pants, in skin-tight T-shirts. The Brood immediately made their ways down to the ring to begin the match. Both teams showed excellent team-work in the fast-paced match. Edge nailed Hayes and Jeff Hardy with the Downward Spiral. The referee threw out the match after both teams started to brawl on the outside of the ring.
• Backstage, a bloody Rock was attended to by medical officials and taken to a local hospital in an ambulance.
• Backstage, Shane McMahon told The Corporate Ministry that Stone Cold Steve Austin was the only one left to put in the hospital.
• Al Snow Interview.
- Al Snow had a band wrapped around his arm that said Pierre, the name of Snow's dead dearhead. Snow, crying, gave a eulogy to Pierre. Snow opened up a box with a dead Pierre inside. Snow pulled out some of Pierre's favorite things, which were cigars, his reading glasses, his favorite episode of Columbo, his favorite tape of Sammy Davis, Jr., and his night shirt he wore the night of some first accident (which had tire tracks on it). Snow said Pierre would live on through him. Basically a ton of inside jokes. Snow said Hardcore Holly brutally blind-sided Pierre and the last time he had seen a man treat an animal with harm was the time he took a class trip to a sheep farm. Snow said Pierre passed on the Hardcore Title to him after he died in the hospital with an I.V. hooked up to him. Snow intimitated Pierre's last words, which was basically a deer and a choking sound. Holly then entered the ring, throwing around one of Pierre's antlers. Snow nailed Holly with Head and put him through the Snowplow. Snow yelled at Holly, calling him a son of a bitch. Snow said Holly would get his Hardcore Title match at the Over The Edge PPV.
• Backstage, Michael Cole said he would soon get an interview with Stone Cold Steve Austin.
• Backstage, The Corporate Ministry hid behind walls and doors, as they awaited for Stone Cold Steve Austin to make his way through the backstage area.
• Backstage, Michael Cole interviewed Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin said he would not leave the arena in the ambulance. Out of nowhere, The Corporate Ministry and The Union started to brawl just right down the hall from Austin and Cole.
• The Big Show (w/The Union) defeated The Big Bossman (w/The Acolytes and Midian) with the Showstopper.
- The Union and The Corporate Ministry brawled to the locker room as the match between The Big Show and The Big Bossman went on. Big Show dominated Bossman and easily finished him off with the Showstopper (Chokeslam).
• Backstage, Shane McMahon, Chyna, and Triple H made their ways down to the ring.
• The next Harry Beaver Cleavage vignette was shown. His mom made pancakes. Harry said, "God, mom, you're flapjacks look great," as he looked down. His mom spilled Harry's drink on his pants. His mom said, "Now we have a clean Harry Beaver," with Harry saying, "Thanks, mom. Nobody likes a sloppy beaver."
• Pre-recorded footage was shown The Corporate Ministry taking off in their car, while The Union went after them in their own.
• Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H (w/Shane McMahon and Chyna) went to a No-Contest, to let Austin retain the Heavyweight Title.
- Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H started on the outside of the ring. It spilled into the crowd for a few seconds, and finally into the ring. Austin favored his knee as Triple H dominated. The match briefly went into the crowd once again, where Triple H wanted to use a chair, but referee, Earl Hebner wouldn't allow it. It was definitely a more aggressive style of Triple H than his usual technical style. Triple H and Austin then took the brawl near the announcer's table. Chyna choked Austin as Triple H distracted the referee. Both superstars took it to the announcers's table once again. As Austin took the advantage, The Undertaker Symbol lowered down to the ring, as The Undertaker made his way down. Austin was beat down by The Undertaker on the outside. Austin was then attacked by The Undertaker, Shane, Triple H, and Chyna, with the rest of The Corporate Ministry making their ways down to the ring. The Union then returned and brawled with The Corporate Ministry. The Undertaker tried to handcuff Austin to his symbol, but Austin turned the tables. Austin pumpled The Undertaker. The Undertaker's hands were handcuffered on both sides of the symbol. The Undertaker was then lifted up on the symbol. Austin looked on from the rampway, with The Undertaker laughing.
