• Non-Title Four Corners Elimination Tag Match: The Acolytes defeated Kane and X-Pac, The New Age Outlaws, and Hardcore and Crash Holly with Bradshaw's Clothesline from Hell.
- Before the match, The New Age Outlaws did their normal routine introduction. As the fast paced match went on, The Outlaws and The Holly Cousins, who both would meet for the Tag Team Titles at No Mercy, were counted out, leaving Kane and X-Pac to due battle with The Acolytes. Kane and X-Pac were dominating and the match eventually turned in to utter chaos. Kane hit a dropkick on Faarooq while X-Pac kicked Bradshaw in the corner and gave him the Bronco Buster. Kane chokeslammed Faarooq but as X-Pac turned around Bradshaw gave him the Clothesline from Hell. Since Bradshaw and X-Pac were the legal men, the referee counted Bradshaw's fall and awarded them the match. X-Pac walked away from Kane as Kane chased X-Pac up the ramp.

• Clips were shown of The British Bulldog accidentally hitting Stephanie cMahon with a metal trashcan in Vince McMahon's office at the WWF Rebellion PPV this past Saturday.

• British Bulldog Interview.
- The British Bulldog came out to a loud chorus of boos and discussed his match with The Rock at No Mercy. He said that he would destroy The Rock and then go after the Heavyweight Title. He talked about matters on Stephanie McMahon, saying he wouldn't apologize for what he did since it was Vince McMahon's fault for allowing his daughter in a locker room. He said that women shouldn't be allowed in the WWF. Chyna came out and said she would prove herself to Bulldog. Shechallenged him to a match for later in the evening.

• Backstage, Mankind was pacing around finding courage to tell someone a message.

• Backstage, The Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young attacked Ivory and stripped her down to her bra and panties.

• Backstage, Mankind went in to The Rock's dressing room while The Rock was on the phone. Mankind said that he wanted to break up The Rock N' Sock Connection as he said it was time to move on. The Rock wasn't listening and his responses on the phone made Mankind think they were directed to him. Mankind felt bad and then when The Rock got off the phone he questioned where Mankind's head was.

• Terri Runnels Invitational: Edge and Christian defeated The New Brood with Edge's Spear, to go up at 2-0.
- Gangrel wasn't at ringside for some reason. Terri Runnels did color commentary at ringside, while Jerry Lawler kept flurting with her. The match was extremely fast paced and went on for a number of minutes. Near the end, Matt Hardy got tossed out of the ring which led Edge to hit a mid-air Spear on Jeff Hardy for the victory.

• Backstage, X-Pac said he was sick and tired of people criticizing him. He said that at No Mercy, there would be a Four Corners match between Faarooq, Bradshaw, Kane, and X-Pac. He said that he would survive.

• Triple H Interview.
- Triple H came out to a loud chorus of boos. He taunted Stone Cold Steve Austin and hyped up his Heavyweight Title match against Austin at No Mercy. He asked Jim Ross to come to the ring and he reluctantly did so, in fear of getting attacked. The two watched an interview that Jim Ross conducted with Austin on the Titan Tron, where Austin said that Triple H knew Austin gave the best paybacks. Triple H told Ross that he knew that Ross and Austin were friends and that he was J.R.'s boy. He asked Rosso what Austin thought of him. Ross said Austin thought he was anasshole. Triple H then said that was okay and then asked Ross what he thought of him. Ross said that Triple H was a sorry, low-life SOB. Triple H clotheslined Ross out of his chair and mimicked his voice while attacking him, saying "Slobberknocker," "Business is really picking up," etc. Before he could begin to attack Ross with a chair, referees came in to break it up.

• Michael Cole came down to ringside to replace Jim Ross.

• The Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young defeated Miss Kitty and Ivory.
- The elders had new theme music and a Titan Tron video. They were both in wrestling tights. The match was supposed to be Jeff Jarrett and Ivory teaming up , but he sent Miss Kitty in instead. Jarrett did commentary and said the only thing women are goodat is cooking, cleaning, and making babies. Since Kitty was not a trained wrestler, The Elders easily picked up the win with a roll-up. Kitty's dress was being pulled up the entire time. Moolah will go on to meet Ivory for the Women's Title at No Mercy. Jarrett then put the Figure-Four Leglock on Kitty after the match, as Ivory attacked Mae Young.

• Mankind Interview.
- This entire segment involving Mankind was hilarious. He brought out the G vs. E stars and promoted his appearance on the show Sunday. He then talked about Val Venis and how he didn't like men grabbing his testicles when he was an alter boy and he doesn't like it now. He said the arena was now going to fill with electricity and he called out The Rock. He told The Rock he didn't want to be remembered as a hardcore legend, or a three time WWF champion. He wanted to be remembered as one half of the Rock N' Sock Connection, like the Three Musketeers. He said he didn't want the team to get stale so he would retire it and fight for The Rock. The Rock then confronted Mankind, saying Mankind was asking for his hand in marriage by the way he is kissing his ass and The Rock said he doesn't want any of Mankind's poontang pie. Mankind said he has no pie to offer him. The Rock was about to do the turn it up sideways bit with a sword from the Three Musketeers, but then the Y2J Countdown hit. Jericho came out to a loud chorus of boos, along with Curtis Hughes. He talked about how he needed to save this segment. He said The Rock would make the perfect woman in a man-to-man relationship, not that there was anything wrong with that. Jericho talked about The Rock womanly haircut and his infatuation with sticking things up men's anuses. A fan dressed like Jericho ran in to the ring and security took him out. The Rock told Jericho to get his dad out of the arena. He said that Jericho thought he could impress him by the fact that he was down south a few months ago wrestling some jabronie named Juventud (Guerrera). Jericho made reference to the fact that he unmasked Juvi. The Rock said he would give Jericho the pleasure of going one-on-one with The Great One later in the show. The Rock did his finishing lines along with Mankind trying to tag along as this brilliant segment concluded.

• In this week's installment of G-TV, Droz was shown puking in D'Lo Brown's equipment bag. The two will go one-on-one for the European Title at No Mercy. • Backstage, Mankind was with Stevie Richards, who said that he would slap on the wrestling boots to wrestle Dude Love (Stevie) tonight. As he wrapped the interview up, The Dudley Boyz attacked them, setting up a tag team match for show instead.

• Chyna defeated The British Bulldog by Disqualification.
- The two wrestled a short match when Jeff Jarrett came out and hit Chyna with a coffee grinder. The British Bulldog picked Chyna up in a Running Powerslam position and told Triple H he had 10 seconds to come out or he would drop Chyna. He quickly said he lied and powerslammed her to a loud chorus of boos.

• The Dudley Boyz defeated Mankind and Stevie Richards with the 3-D Dudley Deathdrop.
- Stevie Richards was dressed as Dude Love. Both teams wrestled a wild match which went in to the crowd and up the rampway and stage area. Val Venis came down out of no where with Mr. Rocko in his pants and did commentary. The action spilled out to the announcer's booth where Venis and Mankind brawled briefly. Stevie was showing great skills in this match. Near the end, when Mankind executed a picture perfect DDT on Bubba Ray, he was going for Socko. Venis came up on the apron and he stuck it in Venis rather than Bubba. As Richards got up, he was caught into the 3-D Dudley Deathdrop for the quick victory. Mankind and Venis brawled after the match as Venis still managed to escape with Rocko. Mankind attended to Richards.

• Vince McMahon was shown arriving.

• Vince McMahon Interview.
- Vince McMahon called out The British Bulldog and said Bulldog didn'thave to apologize to him, the American fans, or his hometown fans, just Stephanie. Bulldog came out and said he wouldn't apologize for something that was McMahon's fault. McMahon said he could beat it out of him then. Bulldog said it was okay as he was taking the rest of the night off.

• Chris Jericho and The Rock were shown making their ways to the ring.

• Before the main event started, The Rock said that he was going to take Curtis Hughes, turn him sideways, and stick him up Chris Jericho's ass.

• The Rock defeated Chris Jericho (w/Curtis Hughes) with the People's Elbow.
- The two wrestled an absolutlely excellent, back and forth match. Chris Jericho was dominating early on and thanks to interference of Curtis Hughes, he hit a Lionsault for a two count. Jericho sunk in the Walls of Jericho, but The Rock barely reached the ropes. The crowd was on their feet. Many nearfalls and exchanges occured for roughly five minutes before The Rock hit a DDT and was going to pick up the victory, but Hughes pulled him out of the ring. The two double clotheslined each other, but no referee was there. Hughes threw in a chair but it was used to The Rock's advantage, as he caught Jericho in a reversal into a Rock Bottom on the chair, followed by the People's Elbow for the victory. After the match, Jericho argued with Hughes and told him to leave. The British Bulldog returned and came to the ring to brawl with his No Mercy opponent, but officials quickly ran down to separate it. Bulldog was leaving when Vince McMahon came down and took him down. He threw Bulldog back in the ring for The Rock toannhiliate him as the show went off the air.
