  • Bret Hart Interview
    -Bret came out and talked about how great it was to be champ. He dedicated his victory to his father. He then told Goldberg that he had respect for him, and offered him a shot at title at Starrcade. The Outsiders entered. Hall said they do what they want, when they want it. Nash said they do what they want, when they want, and he challenged Hart and Golberg to a tag match later in the show. Hart agreed to the match. Jeff Jarrett entered. He hit Hart with the guitar, and took the world title belt.

  • Backstage, Curt Hennig told Mike Tenay that he would not wrestle again. He said the Powers would not stop him from saying goodbye to his fans; The Maestro is shown with his valet; Konnan told Kidman to forget about Torrie and Eddie; Dr. Death and Oklahoma were shown

  • Backstage, Tony Marinara told his two henchmen to take Disco out tonight

  • Luger told the Powers that he had the power to book Meng vs. Liz tonight, and he would get it done, The Powers said it was too good to be true; Liz was watching on in shock

  • Creative Control defeated the Filthy Animals to win the WCW Tag Titles
    -Kidman started the match. After he tagged in Konnan, Eddie and Torrie were shown backstage. It appeared they were flirting. Kidman became enraged and left for the backstage area. Konnan was left to fight by himself. Patrick hit a sideslam and got the pin.

  • Backstage, Kidman entered the Filthy Animals locker room and attacked Eddie Guerrero, security entered to break up the fight; Bret Hart told Mike Tenay that first he and Goldberg would take care of The Outsiders, and then he would take care of Jarrett. Goldberg told Bret to leave The Outsiders to him.

  • Backstage, Sky tried to convince Spice to forget the fight tonight; Curt Hennig told Buff there were no hard feelings from last night’s match

  • Norman Smiley interview
    -Smiley came out in a Charlie Batch uniform. He said that if you look up hardcore, you would find him. He was so hardcore that he drank milk two days after the expiration date. He called out all challengers. Fit Finley entered. Norman began the wiggle, but Finley attacked him. He beat Smiley with his helmet.

  • Backstage, Luger told Liz that it was her turn to feel how he felt; The Outsiders told Mike Tenay that they were not afraid of Goldberg, and they were going to the top

  • Backstage, Chavo tried to sell Marinara’s men some jewelry; Jeff Jarrett told Mike Tenay that he was the Chosen One

  • Saturn with Asya defeated Evan Karagias with Madusa
    -Madusa distracted Saturn, which allowed Karagias to roll up Saturn. Brad Armstrong came down to the announcer booth as a 60’s hippie known as Buzzkill. Saturn got the quick victory by applying the Rings of Saturn. Madusa tried to interfere but was stop by Asya, which started a fight between the two.

  • Backstage, Kidman challenged Eddie Guerrero to a match; Vampiro was shown with the Misfits; Oklahoma and Dr. Death were shown.

  • Backstage, Eddie Guerrero told Mike Tenay that he accepted Kidman’s challenge.

  • Vampiro with The Misfits defeated The Wall with Berlyn
    -Oklahoma and Dr. Death joined the announcer’s table. The Wall took early control. Berlyn entered the ring and hit Vampiro with a chair. The Wall was disqualified. The Wall and Berlyn began to argue. Berlyn slapped The Wall, and then ran off with The Wall chasing him. Dr. Death then entered the ring and attacked The Misfits. Vampiro kicked Dr. Death over the top rope.
  • Jeff Jarrett and Bret Hart were shown coming to the ring; Liz locked herself in a Shark Cage

  • A limo was shown arriving ,p>
  • Bret Hart defeated Jeff Jarrett with Creative Control to retain the WCW Heavyweight Title
    -The match went to several near falls. Jarrett dominated early, but Hart controlled most of the match. Bret Hart was thrown out of the ring and Creative Control started to attack him. The ref went to stop them. Dustin Rhodes entered the ring and hit Jarrett with the belt. Bret Hart was able to get the pin.

  • Marinara’s henchmen stopped The Maestro from playing the piano. They told him to play Sinatra. Marinara showed up and told them to cut it out; Luger told Liz to give him the keys and he would cancel the match with Meng. When she gave the keys, he told her she would have to fight; The limo was shown again.

  • Liz pleaded with Sting to help her, He said that she had made her own cage and she would have to sleep in it

  • Eddie Guerrero with Konnan defeated Kidman with Torrie
    -Kidman ran down the ramp to start the match. Eddie suplexed Kidman over the top rope. Eddie then hit a powerful belly to back. Kidman tried a leap frog but Eddie hit him in the groin with his head. As Eddie was stomping on Kidman, the Revolution attacked Konnan on the outside. They smashed Konnan’s arm with the stairs. Torrie distracted Kidman as he climbed to the top rope to tell him that Konnan was hurt. Eddie took advantage, and was able to hit the frogsplash for the victory.

  • Backstage, The Powers told Creative Control to go get Jim Duggan, and then find out who was in the limo. Jeff Jarrett entered and confronted Creative Control.

  • Spice told Mike Tenay that Tygress held her responsible for what had happened. Sky told her not to go through with it.
  • Meng and Elizabeth went to a No Contest
    -Luger brought Liz to the ring in the shark cage. Meng tried to break the cage open. Luger entered the ring and tried to give Meng the key. Meng put Luger in the Tongan Death Grip. Meng then went back to breaking the cage. He had it opened when Sting entered. He attacked Meng with his baseball bat, and then left. Liz ran away.

  • Goldberg shown backstage; The limo was shown again

  • Backstage, Duggan got on The Maestro’s piano and began to bang away.

  • Lash Leroux defeated Disco Inferno
    -Disco ran to the ring and told the ref to start the match. Tony Marinara and his henchmen made their way to the ring. Lash Leroux hit a powerbomb, and got the pin. The henchmen entered the ring with a bodybag. They attacked Lash and then went after Disco. Lash brought a chair to the ring, and cleared the ring. Disco and Lash placed Tony Marinara in the bodybag, and then quickly left the ring

  • Creative Control approached the limo

  • Creative Control talked with police outside of the limo. They wanted to know why the alarm was going off; The Powers told Duggan that he was not funny, and that he would have to clean the Powers personal toilet.

  • Tygress defeated Spice in the Battle of the Nitro Girls
    -Tygress pushed Spice a few times. The girls rolled around for a while, pulling each others hair. Spice was poked in the eye, and the match was called. Sky made her way to the ring to seemingly help out Spice. Sky then hit Spice with her makeup kit. Sky and Tygress painted Spice’s face.

  • Meng told Mike Tenay that Sting stuck his nose where it didn’t belong. He challenged Sting to a No Disqualification match for tonight.

  • Curt Hennig interview
    -Curt shook a lot of the fans hands on his way to the ring. He went over and said goodbye to Bobby and Tony. He thanked the fans for the opportunity. He couldn’t go on, and left ringside.

  • The limo door opened

  • Duggan was in The Powers bathroom. He used The Powers gold toothbrush to clean the toilet

  • Roddy Piper interview
    -He said that Nitro doesn’t need writers. He made fun of The Powers. His mic went out. He got another mic, and it went out. Tony told him that the Powers told the producers to kill his mic. He went back to The Powers office. He told The Powers he was the real deal and that The Powers were ruining people’s lives. He said he was a legend and would take him down. The Powers told Piper that he was done. Piper said he had a 2 year contract to appear. The Powers told him that he will appear as a ref, and if he refused he would be sued. Piper left in shock.

  • Piper leaves in the limo; Goldberg was shown.

  • Buff Bagwell and Booker T went to a No Contest
    -Booker started jumping around, which caused Buff to drop to his knees lauging. Creative Control made their way to ringside as the match got started. Creative Control distracted Booker T, which allowed Buff to hit the blockbuster. Creative Control entered the ring and attacked Buff. Curt Hennig entered. He looked as if he would attack Creative Control, but attacked Buff instead. The lights went out. When they came back on, Midnight was in the ring, and she and Booker attacked Creative Control.

  • In The Powers office, The Powers told Curt that he was now the boss. The Powers told Creative Control to get Juvi.

  • Sting told Mike Tenay that Meng was out of control. Liz approached and thanked Sting. Sting said he wasn’t buying it.

  • Asya with Saturn defeated Madusa with Saturn
    -The match moved quickly to the outside. Aysa had a headlock on Madusa, but Madusa reversed and slammed Asya. Madusa climbed to the top rope, but Madusa caught her and slammed her to the mat. Asya then applied a headscissors for the submission.

  • Backstage, Dean Malenko told Mike Tenay that he was tired of Canada. It made him sick that two Canadians were in the finals at Mayhem. He said he would change the Canadian anthem to Burn, Canada, Burn.

  • Chris Benoit defeated Dean Malenko in a Flag Capture match
    -Dean Malenko entered with a gasoline container. Malenko was wearing a Canadian hockey jersey. Benoit used the jersey to choke Malenko. Benoit got the gasoline. Malenko was able to get the Canadian flag, and used it to attack Benoit. The Revolution then entered with a trash can. Shane Douglas got the American flag, and they threw both flags in the can. Before they could burn the flags, however, Bret Hart entered and cleared the ring.

  • The Powers told Juvi that his work visa had expired. Juvi brought out a bottle of tequila. The Powers drank a shot, and said it was terrible. The Powers told Creative Control to get his toothbrush.

  • Meng defeated Sting
    -Meng attacked Sting as soon as he entered the ring. Liz made her way to ringside. Liz tried to mace Meng, but Sting wouldn’t let her. Sting hit two Stinger Splashes. Luger made his way to ringside. Sting went after Luger, which allowed Meng to apply the Tongan Death Grip. Liz tried to help Sting out, but he didn’t want any help.

  • Backstage, David Flair attacked The Maestro’s piano with his crowbar.

  • The Outsiders defeated Goldberg & Sid
    -Sid took early control of the match. Sid hit a big foot on Nash and tagged in Goldberg. The four men went at it. Sid powerbombed Hall, but Nash hit a flying elbow, and rolled Hall on top, to allow the Outsiders to get the pin. After the match, Nash and Goldberg went at it.
