D'Lo later hit a powerbomb, followed by the Lo-Down for the win.

• Backstage, Michael Cole interviewed The Acolytes about their upcoming match with The Dudley Boyz. Bradshaw said there were a lot of people who thought they met their match with The Dudley's. Chaz was then shown, being attacked by several wrestlers, most likely due to the accusations of him assaulting Mariana.

• Backstage, Lilian Garcia asked Debra, along with Miss Kitty, if her relationship was over with Jeff Jarrett. Debra said after Jarrett laid her hands on her the first time, it was over. Jarrett asked her if she was threatening him. He told her to stay out of his business. He then told Miss Kitty, "Let's go."

• Jeff Jarrett (w/Miss Kitty) defeated Chyna via Reversed Decision, to retain the Intercontinental Title.
- Chyna was hot in the beginning, sending Jeff Jarrett on the outside. Jarrett came back by pulling Chyna in-between a ringpost. Jarrett was surprised at one point, when attempting a cover, which Chyna kicked out, throwing Jarrett way back. Jarrett continued to dominate. The Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young were shown at ringside. At one point, Jarrett went for the Figure-Four Leglock, but Chyna countered. Action spilled out on the onside. Chyna later went for the Pedigree, but Jarrett countered. Chyna was catapulted into the referee. Jarrett then pulled out his guitar. Moolah and Young then entered the ring to take down Jarrett, but Jarrett soon took the both of them down. Luna entered, but was also taken down. - As Luna walked through the backstage area, Ivory nailed her to get the match underway. They went into a production office, where Luna made copies of Ivory. The cameraman was knocked down as both brawled. Ivory threw Luna into some trash. Luna threw Ivory into boxes. She got on top of a forklift and big splashed Ivory. Tori was doing a photoshoot. She took a pole away from Ivory that Ivory was about to nail Luna with. Luna was nailed on the temple with the pole, at which point Ivory made the pinfall.

• Backstage, Lilian Garcia told Mae Young and The Fabulous Moolah that they would be better off to stay out of Jeff Jarret's way. They disagreed, as Ivory came up to them and bragged about her win. Moolah and Young then attacked her.

• The New Age Outlaws defeated Edge and Christian with Billy Gunn's Famouser, to retain the Tag Team Titles.
- This match took place after Edge and Christian challenged The New Age Outlaws on Sunday Night Heat. Outlaws first hyped up the crowd with their ring introduction. Road Dogg and Billy Gunn first worked on Christian. Christian soon tagged in Edge, as both worked on RD. RD made a hot tag to Gunn. RD later set up Edge for the Pumphandle Powerslam, but Edge countered with the Spear. A pin was about to be made, until The New Brood (Hardy's and Gangrel) attacked Edge and Christian behind the referee's back. Gunn then followed-up with the Famouser for the win. • Backstage, Lilian Garcia asked The British Bulldog if there was an alliance with Triple H. Bulldog said he just attacked The Rock in the match with Triple H on Smackdown, because The Rock had a cocky attitude. Triple H popped into the picture, saying not to worry about the relationship, but just what gets done. He told Bulldog to do his job, and he would do his.

• Backstage, The Big Bossman told Michael Cole he didn't regret a thing he did to Pepper. He said if Cole didn't shut up, he would stick his nightstick up his ass. He said he wasn't afraid to be in two cages or afraid of dogs for that matter.

• Backstage, Lilian Garcia interviewed Al Snow. Snow said for everything The Big Bossman did to Pepper, he would kick Bossman's doughnut-eating ass. He called Bossman a worthless son of a bitch.

• Kennel from Hell Match: Al Snow defeated The Big Bossman, to retain the Hardcore Title.
- One steel cage was constructed, which was covered by the Hell in the Cell steel cage. The Big Bossman's right eye remained swelled up as a result of a pitcher shot he took the previous Monday on Raw is War. Rotwheilers were not brought in-between the cages until a few minutes after the match started. Snow used an end of the shovel in the match. Bossman tried to get out at one point by cutting his way through the cage. Snow pulled Bossman down, at which point Bossman used the wire cutters as a weapon, mainly on Snow's ear. Snow threw powder in Bossman's eyes and nailed him with a stick. Bossman's eye was busted open again. Bossman later handcuffed Snow. Snow busted out of them, however. Snow was busted open. Head was back. Snow nailed Bossman with it. He then exited both cages for the win, and avoided the dogs in the meantime. Afterwards, Bossman was stuck in the cages, but he made a quick exit before the dogs could attack him.

• Backstage, Michael Cole interviewed Mankind. Mankind used a lot of The Rock's catchphrases to describe what he would do to "his friend," The Rock in the Six-Pack Challenge.

• X-Pac defeated Chris Jericho (w/Mr. Hughes) by Disqualification.
- Chris Jericho said he was there to save the WWF, Charlotte, North Carolina, and the PPV. Jericho said he would end X-Pac's career just like he did with Ken Skamrock, because that's what the Jericholics came to see. X-Pac took Shamrock's place, after it was announced Shamrock couldn't wrestle because of doctor's orders and internal injuries (there's a real reason). At one point, X-Pac was about to execute the Bronco Buster, but he put the brakes on after Jericho moved. Mr. Hughes got in his cheap shots throughout the match. X-Pac later hit Jericho with a Bronco Buster, as Jericho was hooked upside down (tree of woe) in the corner of the ring. Hughes then entered the ring and attacked X-Pac, resulting in a Disqualification. Road Dogg then ran in to get some of Jericho, who injured RD's back.

• Six-Pack Challenge: Triple H defeated The Rock, Mankind, Kane, The Big Show, and The British Bulldog with the Pedigree, to capture the Heavyweight Title.
- Jim Koderas, who left the picket line because, as he stated on Sunday Night Heat, he just got married and couldn't afford to lose his job, was the official referee of the match, while Stone Cold Steve Austin was the Enforcer. The British Bulldog had new entrance music. The Rock's now starts off with, "Do you smell ..." and consists of more electic guitar rhythms. Austin made his way out to a huge pop. Austin directed the timekeeper to ring the bell. He did color commentary, and said he would sit around and drink some beer, while making sure there would be a fair winner. Two men were in the ring at the same time, while the other four awaited to be tagged in. The Rock and Triple H were first to go at it. Kane tagged himself in. Kane was dominating, until The Big Show knocked him off the top rope when going for his flying clothesline. Mankind was then in with Kane. Big Show was in to take Mankind's place. After an insuguri by Kane, he tagged in Bulldog. He and Mankind exchanged tags several times. Mankind hesitated, because he didn't want to fight The Rock, but did anyway. Triple H was tagged in to go at it with Triple H. Triple H took a trip to the steel staircase. They went down the aisle, where The Rock clobbered Triple H with a clothesline. Action was everywhere at this point. Mankind piledrove Triple H on the staircase. The Rock dominated Bulldog in the ring. The Rock tagged in Big Show, and just after, The Rock yelled out like an ape. The real referees then made their ways down to the ring. Austin said, "Now they want to come down and work in the main event. What's up with that?" Big Show and Mankind were in. The Rock was tagged in and started to lay some slaps down on Big Show. The Rock had the pin on Big Show, but Triple H made the save. Big Show signaled for the Chokeslam, but Kane took him out with a flying clothesline. Out of nowhere, Triple H hit Bulldog with the Pedigree. Mankind then double-arm DDT'd The Rock. He pulled out Mr. Socko and shoved it down the throat of The Rock, which meant Mankind wanted to win the match the entire time and didn't want The Rock's help. The Rock got out with the Rock Bottom, but Mankind surprisingly kicked out when the pin was being made. Big Show was then clearing the ring. He put Mankind through the Chokeslam. When the pin was being made, the striking referees pulled out Koderas and attacked him. Austin came out and stored some order by taking out the referees. Triple H and The Rock were in the ring. The Rock had the pin in the ring, but Triple H kicked out, as Austin counted. The Rock hit the Rock Bottom and followed-up with the People's Elbow. As the pin was being made, Big Show a pulled out Austin. Bulldog then nailed The Rock with a chair. Austin came right back up and nailed Bulldog with it. With The Rock knocked out cold from the chair shot, Triple H hit the Pediguree. Austin couldn't do anything but count the pinfall. As Triple H stood victorious, Austin nailed him with the Stunner. Triple H also received a beer bath.
