- Jeff Jarrett interview: Jeff Jarrett started off the PPV with an interview where he issued a $1,000 challenge to any women in the back. This caused Chyna to run out from the back and attack Jarrett, while busting his face open in the process. After this, the ring announcer flipped a coin, which landed heads up, which meant that D'Lo's European Title will not be on the line in his forthcoming match against Jeff Jarrett, with Jarrett's Intercontinental Title being on the line instead.

- Intercontinental Title match: Jeff Jarrett (Champion) vs. D'Lo Brown - Jarrett tried to leave midway through the match along with Miss Kitty (Stacy Carter), but D'Lo caught up to Jarrett and threw him back into the ring. Later on, while the referee for the match was distracted, courtesy of Miss Kitty, Jeff Jarrett picked up a vacuum cleaner, which he used in his previous interview, and nailed D'Lo Brown over the head with it for the 1-2-3 and to retain the IC Title. After the match concluded, Jarrett challenged Chyna for a matchup later on in the card.

- Godfather vs. Gangrel: A pretty boring match, which consisted of a lot of slow-paced action, slams, and clotheslines. The Godfather did his usual mic work before the match and finished off Gangrel with the Ho Train followed by the Pimp Drop.

- Chyna interview: Chyna said backstage that even though she doesn't do house work, she'll clean the floor up with Jeff Jarrett after she's done with him later on. Then the British Bulldog ran in and said that all of the fans in attendance came to see him, not Chyna, and that he is currently seeking to meet with Vince McMahon to demand a title match tonight.

- Val Venis vs. Mark Henry: Val Venis did his usual sexual joke, this time about rugby and the Big Valbowski having a lot in common, as both have balls involved and the object of the game is score a lot. Mark Henry dominated Val Venis at ringside, but inside it was all Val, who soon after finished off Henry with the Money Shot. After the match ended, the Bulldog was shown on his way to Vince McMahon's locker room. The Bulldog was angry at not getting his title shot at "his" PPV, and thus nailed Stephanie McMahon with a trash can in the face backstage, while Vince screamed for immediate medical attention for his daughter.

- 4-Way Women's WWF Title match: Ivory (Champion) vs. Tori vs. Jacqueline vs. Luna - Jacky did some good moves in this match on all of her opponents. During a point in the match, all 4 had a sleeper hold on each other at the same time. Ivory nailed Jacqueline with the Women's Title belt in the end to gain the pinfall and win the match. Jacky needed help to be escorted backstage. After the match, footage was reshown of the Bulldog attacking Stephanie with a trash can. Michael Cole said that he owes the McMahon family and apology, while Bulldog still said he deserves a title shot.

- Chris Jericho vs. Road Dogg: The Road Dogg took the advantage in the early stages, while he nailed Jericho in the crowd and inside the ring as well. Then, Road Dogg was thrown to the outside, where Curtis Hughes worked on him and threw him back in, which gave Jericho the advantage. Dogg superplexed Y2J during the match later on, and then put him in a rest hold. After this, Dogg inadvertently nailed the referee, which allowed Curtis Hughes to come in and nail Dogg with a steel chair. Jericho then got a two after the referee regained some consciousness, however, Jericho then nailed Dogg with a low-blow for the duke.

- WWF Intercontinental Title match: Chyna vs. Jeff Jarrett - Chyna had the early advantage, and tried to nail Jarrett with a Pedigree early on, which was reversed into a Catapult by Jarrett. The Bulldog then ran in from the back and nailed Chyna with the Running Powerslam after she said that he was the "Ass of a Dog," rather than a "Bulldog." Jarrett then put Chyna in the Figure 4 Leg Lock as the match ended in a no-contest with referees pleading for Jarrett to release the hold.

- Kane vs. The Big Show: The match started out with both men exchanging some blows, with Big Show eventually nailing Kane with a chokeslam and then putting him into a leg lock. Kane then tried to slam Wight, but couldn't, and Big Show then countered a chokeslam from Kane. When Big Show got a chair and tried to run and nail Kane with it, Kane stuck his boot out, with the chair hitting Wight in the head for the 1-2-3. Kane leaves the match the winner.

- British Bulldog vs. X-Pac: Bulldog dominated the match. X-Pac nailed the Bronco Buster on Smith later on, but Smith nailed X-Pac with a standing vertical suplex and later the Running Powerslam for the win.

- 3-Way Dance: Acolytes vs. Hollys vs. Edge/Christian - After being nailed with a brainbuster, Bradshaw eliminated the Hollys after he nailed Hardcore Holly with the Clothesline From Hell. Edge then nailed Bradshaw with a top-rope elbow drop for a 2-count. Faarooq and Christian then entered, to have all 4 men in the ring at the same time. Bradshaw nailed another clothesline, on Edge this time, only for Christian to make the save. Edge then nailed Bradshaw with a Tornado DDT for the win after reversing his previously-attempted superplex.

- WWF Title Steel Cage match: Triple H (Champion) vs. The Rock - Near the end of the match, Triple H tied to escape the cage through the door, but Rocky grabbed HHH's legs and pulled him back in. Triple H then took a chair and knocked referee Earl Hebner out with it. Rock then escaped the cage, but since the referee was out, he didn't see it and thus the win didn't count. Rock then cracked Triple H open with a chair and nailed him with the Rock Bottom after that. When Rock was about to escape the cage again, Bulldog ran out and nailed him and threw him back in. Shane McMahon then came out and was nailed by Smith, too. Smith then nailed Triple H with a chair and as well. Rock then tried to get up and escape, only for Chyna to run out and slam the steel door on his face. When Hunter was about to escape, The Rock grabbed Helmsley's hair and kept him inside the cage. Rock then nailed Chyna and was about to escape, but then the Bulldog pulled The Rock back in while Triple H escaped the cage, victorious. After the match ended, Vince McMahon came from the back and shouted "F--- You" to the British Bulldog. The Rock then nailed Bulldog from behind and left the cage to a major face pop as the PPV went off the air.
