Benoit attempts a save but is left lying as well by the hands of the Outsiders.
Mike Tenay announces that Rhonda Singh would get a Cruiserweight Title Shot tonight, which prompts Madusa to voice her disbelief.
Juventud comes to ringside and mimics the Rock’s entrance. He tells Mike Tenay that he is the new play-by-play man for Thunder.
Dean Malenko w/ The Revolution and Asya d. Booker T w/ Stevie Ray
For the most part Booker T had the handle of the match with the use of many power moves. Shane Douglas then interfered by hitting Booker T with his cast allowing Malenko to slap the Texas Cloverleaf for the win.
Backstage, Sid, Rhodes, Benoit and Creative Control were in a heated brawl.
Vampiro w/ Jerry Only d. The Artist Formerly Known As Prince Iaukea w/ Paisley
The ‘Prince’ look alike was overpowered from the onset. At one point Prince was thrown over the top nearly landing on the steel steps. Oklahoma made his way towards Paisley distracting Prince from the match, which in turn allows Vampiro to execute a super kick for the pin fall victory.
Backstage, Mona argues with the Powers that be asking for another chance with the company. Rhonda Singh comes in next and exclaims that she will become the first women’s Cruiserweight Champion.
Madusa d. Rhonda Singh
The massive Singh took control early in the contest. Madusa then retaliated with several drop kicks. Karagias climbed to the ring apron and as he and Madusa were about to kiss, Rhonda charges but hits Karagias instead. Madusa quickly makes the pin fall victory. Singh then announces that she is a woman of her word and begins to do a strip tease. The lights suddenly go out and when they return Singh is layed out in the middle of the ring.
Mean Gene interviewed the psychotic David Flair. Flair just looked at his crowbar and chanted, ‘..to be the man you’ve got to beat the man.’
David Flair versus Jerry Flynn went to a no contest.
Before the match up, Buzzkill tried to make peace between the combatants. He was quickly laid out and the match begins with Flynn stomping on Flair. UFC fighter Tank Abbott then quickly enters the mix and pummels Flynn calling him a martial arts moron.
Bret Hart/Goldberg d. Creative Control via submission.
Creative Control took an overpowering stance to begin the match. The referee made several quick counts which prompted Roddy Piper to enter the ring and take over as the official. It was elementary work afterwards as Goldberg is able to hit the spear and Jakchammer, followed by Hart’s Sharpshooter to become the new WCW World Tag Team Champions.
Backstage, the Powers that be ordered Hennig, who in turn told Shane to summon Piper.
Perry Saturn d. Stevie Ray via a pin fall victory.
The match was a continuation from a brawl from the back. Both men exchanged shots in the corner with the official attempting to regain some order. The referee was hit with a blow, which in turn allowed Creative Control to rush to ringside for an ambush on Stevie Ray. Saturn was then able to get a pin fall win.
Piper was finally located and scolded by the powers that be for his interference in the Tag Team Title exchange.
Mene Gene spoke with Sting next, in which he stated Elizabeth was now with him.
Buff Bagwell versus Total Package went to a no contest.
Buff made the first take down via a shoulder block and then soon sent Package on the outside with a neck beaker. DDP who had made his way to the announce table before the contest stood eye to eye with Buff and very soon a brawl had ensued. Terry Taylor and company then had to separate the two.
Backstage once again, Jim Duggan was told that he was all washed up basically and that know one cared for his well fare.
Asya versus Jim Duggan went to a no contest.
The match did not even take place as Creative Control, Shane, La Parka, and Hennig came and attacked Duggan from behind. Duggan was further humiliated by the Revolution as they proceeded to stuff food into his jump suit. Harlem Heat was there for the save wielding 2x4’s.
Diamond Dallas Page d. Sting w/ Elizabeth via a pin fall.
The match seemed to be in hand for the Stinger with the execution of a Stinger Splash and the Scorpion Deathlock, however, DDP was able to get to the ring ropes for the break. The referee was knocked out which prompted Package to interfere via a shot to Sting with a bat. The referee as always regained consciousness to make the count giving DDP the win.
Jeff Jarrett/The Outsiders d. Dustin Rhodes/Sid Vicious/Chris Benoit via a pin fall.
Dustin and company with adrenaline to a heated boil rushed ringside to begin the match. The match quickly went lopsided with The Outsiders and Jarrett isolating Dustin in their corner. The match soon became a free for all as all six men went to town so to speak on one another. Just as Sid was motioning for the power bomb upon Nash he was caught with a guitar shot to the head allowing Jarrett to get the pin fall win.
