Now this all sounds religious. We have been taught that we are never to question what GOD does in our lives. It is promoted in our pulpits and taught in our Bible studies. Our spiritual leaders will always tell us that we are wrong to question GOD.
But the truth of it is that in reality we do question GOD. Maybe not publicly, but all of us have asked GOD, "Why?" We may, especially us ministers, put on a front that we accept everything by blind faith, but we all question GOD'S dealings in our lives. Jesus had a "Why?" When He hung upon the cross in that crucial and excruciating moment, He cried out, "My GOD, Why?"
GOD is not afraid of our questions. He knows that we have them but He wants us to trust Him. He wants us to depend totally on Him when we can't see the answers. He wants us to believe that He Is there and that He's working it out for our good.
We can trust GOD, no matter what we can see or what we can't see. It's hard. It's frustrating but GOD has not deserted you. Jesus said, "Lo, I am with you always, even until the end of the world."
Romans 8:28 "For we know that all things work together for good to those who love GOD and are the called according to His Purpose."
