The H I X O N Pages

I am a happily married man with a big family. We all reside in lovely Atlanta (Norcross), Georgia you might remember us from the 1996 Olympics. When I am not spending time with my family I spend most of my time listening to music (jazz, alternative, pop). I work in the field of finance and I thoroughly enjoy my work.

I like emailing and surfing the net I get great joy out of seeing members of my family do well. I am especially proud of my wife and daughter. My wife for putting up with me and my daughter for actually listening to what I say. I hope to, one day, go on a cruise to Alaska (love that scenery).

I have truly been blessed with the happy and healthy birth of my Grandson, Brandon (August 30, 1998). From the moment I first saw him (shortly after birth) I knew he would bring joy and happiness to all of our lives. Just being with him makes life seem so much better and watching my daughter caring for him just makes all the hard times that we all went through seem meaningless.

On January 7, 1999 my wife and I were blessed with the birth of our son Thomas Zachary Hixon. He was truly a miracle and I got it all on tape (camcorder). He was a precious little bundle of noise coming in at only 8 lbs and 9 oz. It was truly a happy moment. The family came to visit shortly thereafter and we all basked in the glory of our new family member. We love you Thomas. Life at home just has not been the same since he arrived. In this case change was definitely good.
