Signal Intercept

Okay, I know that almost every X-File page out there has a rumor section and I vowed not to put one on my page, but unfortunately, I need something on my page that's updated more than once every two months. I feel a bit odd doing this because I've always stayed away from rumors. I like surprise...and rumors shatter the element quite often. If you're like me, and like to be shocked, stay away from the text below, but still note that these are rumors, and may not be true.

WARNING: POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD!

Rumor has it that Diana Fowley will be in the next 6 episodes. She will pretend to be on Mulder's side, supposedly leading Mulder and Scully closer to the truth. Mulder believes everything she says without a doubt, convinced that the previous show of mistrust ( The Beginning ) wasn't anything to be worried about. Scully has her suspicions though. It is later revealed that Diana is part of Cancer Man's shadowy government and is working against Mulder.
I have read that our suspicions about Scully's brother Bill will be confirmed this season. Somehow we will learn that Bill Jr. is actually working for Cancer Man.
Reportedly, The Well-Manicured Man will return in either season 6, or 7. Remember, we never saw a body, so this rumor may be true.
Look for less Skinner this season. His character has been replaced by A.D. Kersh, who is a puppet of CSM's. Skinner will not appear in many episodes.

Veronica Cartwright has signed on for a two part episode this season where Cassandra Spender returns.
Season 6 will be more humorous than previous seasons. "As a matter of fact, this season will have several funny or at least "lighter" episodes. At the moment we're trying to come up with some very dark episodes to counter-balance." ~Vince Gilligan
In the year 2000 another X-File movie is due to come out. Chris Carter certainly isn't a procrastinator. The script is currently being written.
