Welcome to my Danelectro page. Danelectro is a company that produces vintage guitars and amps, and also makes effects pedals. The guitars
that they sell are all 50's designs. The company has been in business since 1947. The reason I made this page is because I just bought the Danelectro Fab Tone
distortion pedal. I was going to buy a Metal Zone, but the salesperson said that the Fab Tone had just as good, if not better distortion than the Metal Zone. I had heard a Metal Zone before, and the distortion was great. So the salesperson plugged in the Fab Tone the tryout amp, I strummed an E5, and I was instantly hooked. This distortion is in fact better than the Metal Zone! The usual price for a Metal Zone is $110,
and the Fab Tone is only $80. So, if you are in the market for a distortion pedal, I reccomend you get the
Danelectro Fab Tone!

Danelectro produces old style zinc batteries for their pedals, because they say that alkaline batteries deteriorate the pedal's sound quality.
