CHAS’ & RUBY’S 2006 UK TOUR

Wednesday, May 31st:

NIGHT TIME SHENANIGANS
in Our Airth Castle Room!

The FRONT DOOR
was OPEN,
and the
FOYER
was lighted
when we returned.

But,
NO ONE
WAS
THERE!
LOL

[It would be interesting to know
how they welcome CASTLE guests
when the place is truly
“IN OPERATION”!]

Here are the PIX I promised of our AIRTH CASTLE BATHROOM

It was a SMALL bathroom … (Almost impossible to photograph!) …
But, as you can see, it was GORGEOUS – SO MUCH MARBLE!!!

This next pic was actually taken the next MORNING …
Hence, the darkness IN the bathroom.

It was in an
ANGLED ALCOVE.

REFLECTION!]

Hello! Can we say
that this likely was
ORIGINALLY
an
ARROW-SLIT
WINDOW?

I think we CAN!

Upon our return to AIRTH CASTLE, Ruby made a HUGE POINT of noting that
“HER” side of the room was far NEATER than “MY” SIDE!

And, here I am, demonstrating my degree of “concern” regarding
RUBY’s opinion of how “untidy” “MY” SIDE of the room is …

while I’m ILLEGALLY hanging a CIGARETTE out the window!

OH! TOO FUNNY! I plugged my LAPTOP in …

and BLEW A FUSE – plunging our entire room into DARKNESS!!!

Thankfully, a Lovely Boy was quickly sent to us … to reset the fuse.
[I was tempted to blow it again, just to have them SEND HIM BACK TO US!]

Oh, OH! The nightgown I’m wearing was purchased in an exclusive STIRLING shop
by Ruby, as a GIFT FOR ME! (She’s too, TOOOOO, wonderful!)
