The Pointed Ragdoll has vivid blue eyes, non-matting and soft rabbit like fur, and an exceptionally gentle, well-balanced personality. Ragdolls have the ability to completely relax (go limp) Therefore Ragdolls are strictly indoor cats and don't possess the ability to fight. Ragdolls also make great apartment pets. Ragdolls have only been around since the 1960's.It all began with Ann Baker of Riverside, California.

Ragdolls although are just like any other kitten/cat as they too do like to be playful. Ragdolls come in a variety of colors Blue, Blue Cream, Seal, Flame, Cream, Chocolate and Lilac in pointed and none pointed Ragdolls. Solid and Mink Ragdolls are none pointed have been around since the beginning of the Ragdoll breed. These magnificent Ragdolls are born with color and deepens to a more rich color than the Traditional Ragdoll, While the Traditional Ragdoll is born white and develops their color with maturity. Solids and Minks are also very rare.

 

 

Pattern Description:

Colorpoint has a colored mask, ears, feet, nose, paw pads and tail. A Colorpoint has no visible white.

Mitted Point colored masked, ears and legs with white mittens on the front feet and white boots on the back legs. the chin, ruff and stomach are white.

Bi-Color Point has colored ears and tail. White inverted "V" in their mask, white legs, feet, ruff and stomach. Nose and paw pads are pink.

Lynx Point Overlays any one of the above patterns. The Lynx pattern shows as tabby markings on the face in what appears to be the letter "W".

Tortie Point Overlays any of the above patterns. Totie Points, color-wise, will generally have Red or Cream mixed with one of the other colors

Torbie Point overlays any of the above patterns. Torbie Points, color-wise, will generally have Red or Cream mixed with one of the other colors but has the Lynx pattern shows as tabby markings on the face in what appears to be the letter "W.
