Placebo, known in North America best for their single "Pure Morning", return with another killer album. And seriously, it's killer.
Thirteen tracks, all of them big meaty slabs of pure British rock, filled with huge beats perfect for the club and awesome hooks that grab you and pull you into the album. It's so catchy that you'd have an easier time curing AIDs than geting this out of your head.
It's not just one of the best rock albums I've heard this year, but one of the best I've heard EVER. It's getting a huge 9 out of 10; the only thing I would have changed is adding a couple more tracks, or a DVD. Or even pulling an Opeth and adding a couple more tracks on a DVD.
