Austria is a relatively small country in Europe, with Germany to the north and Italy to the south. It has often be referred to as "Germany's sister," since both the language, people, and customs are relatively the same. And, as small as it is, there is no doubt that Austria has had an impact on Europe. It was the home nation for the Austro-Hungarian empire and gave birth to such fine musical talents as Mozart, Beethoven, and Richard Strauss, just to name a few. While there, my time was spent in the capital city of Vienna. So, for our final destination, let us enter the city of Vienna.
