Got The Time?
This was a very scary incident. I was walking back from a very sophisticated evening (watching Monsters, Inc at the cinema) with very sophisticated friends (my dad and his girlfriend)when this weirdo guy in front of us started staggering about like a looney. He was only about 15 or 16 and he was stoned out of his head. He turned to us and said "Scuse me, mate, you got the time?" to my dad and my dad went "No, mate." and then the kid went right up to his face and said "Have you got the time and my dad said "Er...you just asked me that." and the guy goes "oh" and starts laughing his head off. I was trying very hard not to laugh myself and he looked at me grinned like, i dunno, a teletubbie? and then, because he wasn't looking where he was going, he walked into a parked car insomeones driveway and rolled over onto the other side. We were all very freaked out by this so we crossed the road and just before we got to our house, we saw the kid go up to this old couple and ask them for the time and when they told him it was 10.45 he ran down the street screaming and waving his arms. I'm not joking. he seriously did.
