Only In Logan, WV
Only In Logan, West Virginia, you would find someone stops and parks sideways (at a diangle degree) in the middle of the street (literally) and talks to someone when there is a parking lot right besides you. Now, I ask is that so retarted? Only in Logan would you find police offerciers double parking in the middle of the street. Only in Logan where you would see people driving so bad. They say "if you can drive in Logan you can drive anywhere in the world. Thats how bad it is here.
