Welcome Aboard Photos

Summer of 2002...Who would have thought I would be so lucky as to end up on the Nordic Empress two times in one summer?! Not only was the ship beautiful but the staff was AMAZING!!!! hehe I had the best time of my life, and that is exactly why I am going to show everyone TONS of my pictures. Sit back and enjoy even though you might not know me. :-)

Spacious Cabin

This right here is the beginning of my cruise obsession...the COMPASS! The first thing you should do when you are on a cruise is figure out what is going on all around the ship...otherwise you will miss the Dollar Dance! hehe Anyway this is the very roomy cabin that my vacation was spent in, but no worries, I did not spend very much time in the cabin at all!

Take Off

Obviously that city in the background is New York, so this right here is my family right before the ship left for Bermuda. This is an important photo because it shows me sipping on my first drink of the cruise! Don't worry, there were plenty more!

Muster Drill

Woo-hoo! This is one of my favourite activities on a cruise. Mustering is fun because you are constantly hearing lame jokes about hitting an iceberg or the irony of the ship going down in port! It is also fun to cram a ton of people into a small amount of space. Oh, and there are the ocassional jokes about wearing lifejackets to dinner because they are just so pretty!
