My first experience of AHC was on valentines day feb 14 2002. The SECC Slipknot gig. AHC opened the support groups and man, i fell in love. They were off the page. Their set lasted bout 45 minutes and the put every drop of energy they had into the whole thing. Justin and Aaron were all over the place. Aaron stage dived, I touched his ass :) Martin did his thing and there was a lil bit of small talk. Dave, Chad and wayne were also all over the stage so i got to see them all up pretty close. Chris is one hell of a drummer! It rocked and before they went off they gave details of their tour..........

27 feb 2002..the Cathouse, Glasgow. This was my first time at this venue. Its pretty damn small and the stage is tiny. There is a lil gap between the crowd and the artist which is great. For the two support bands i was behind this huge guy so didnt see alot but they were awesome!! The lead singer from 1 dice staged dived then went into a circle pitt!!! AHC did their sound checks then came on at 10pm. First up i set my eyes on Dave (coz i love his tattoo among other things ;)) he was eating a lollypop..he threw it into the crowd. It hit off a wall then hit me in the god damn eye!! But like i was complaining, i finished Daves lolly hehe Then the huge dude in front of me went into the pitt so i got right in the front, right opposite Chad HELL YEAH!! So they did their thing and i loved every second of it. I caught 2 plectrums: Chads an Waynes, Daves lolly of course, Chad grabbed my hand during a song, i got winked at, spatt water on, beer poured on me, Justin hugged me...well i gropped him ;)After the show which ended with A Violent Reaction, I got to meet Chad. I got his autograph on my ticket and he made small talk to. He mentioned my lip ring and the slipknot gig. I know thats not amazing but it's nice that they even sign autographs and take the time to talk to their fans a lil. He was extremely sweet to the lil fans. Two lil guys got to stand beside him while he signed shit and he would talk away to em. Oh i also got both lead singers autographs from the support acts :)
