The Ustica Lease
1st July 1098
I, Timothy de Wilfsbane, Lord Gryphon, do hereby grant the lease of the Island of Ustica to the Guild Council for ninety nine years under the following provisos:
i) The Island shall not be used, fortified or garrisoned in a manner contrary to the cause of the Lord Gryphon.
ii) The Island in part or whole shall not be ceded by the terms of this lease to another faction, group, guild or entity.
iii) The Island will be used for the sole purpose of the business and aims of the Guild Council within the bounds of the Gathering Treaty.
iv) The Gryphon faction will not interfere in the affairs of the Island of Ustica excepting a breach of this lease.
