Certainly Lord Lento seems to believe that they are Sylvans (refer to the Sylvan Elves chapter). But they appear upon the Bloodline Chart as a seperate bloodline entirely.
All that is known of them is that Lento describes his own House as defending their retreat during the Race Wars. Implying some level of resentment on his part.
