As told by Fearless Leader
So, where did this whole "pyramid" thing come from anyways? What on this planet could have brought about the creation of this group? The story goes like this.
Four of our members - Noble Pegasus*, Bookmon*, and Mystic Yugi*, and Bebop* - share a fourth and fifth period English class. Mystic Yugi got the idea that he wanted to challenge these two on their trivial anime knowledge. Unfortunately, he took Bookmon down. He said that he wanted to challenge Noble Pegasus because he wanted a "real challenge". And they said, "OH! If you want a real challenge, you must take on Fearless Leader*!"
When my colleagues described my knowledge and personality to Mystic Yugi and his friends, they did not believe in my existence. They claimed that I must a figment of their imaginations. They were forced into belief when NP pulled us aside in the hallway and introduced us. "She doesn't look so hard to defeat," said Mystic Yugi. NP laughed, quite loudly at that.
When Mystic Yugi tried to place his challenge, my two friends interjected and made the statement, "You cannot challenge her yet! You must work your way up to that level. It's a pyramid!"
And we continued from there. We who were originally challenging each other back and forth, formed a sort of group. We then made the decision that we needed to make something of this. So we agreed to set up a club. And thanks to the simple joking of NP, we found our name, The Anime Pyramid.
*Rank names, not names used in actual experience - the club had not yet be formed.
