Birthdays come but once a year
A time that we all hold so dear
A time of cheer and a time of fun
A time when all our friends do come
To see and talk and just be friends
A time of year when everything tends
To be a little crazy and fun for all
Especially for the birthday girl having a ball
So enjoy your birthday that comes once a year
So you'll have something to hold dear
Until the next year when it's time again
