Welcome to the Spring Outdoor Recreation homepage.

Spring Outdoor Recreation is a seven-day course offered by the School of Environmental Studies during the Spring Intensive Theme unit. Intensive Theme is a week-and-a-half course that lasts the entire school day, resulting in a credit for students who complete the course. The class is taught by Mrs Unzicker, Ms Tunseth, and Mrs Jacobson. Students complete and learn about a variety of activities, including fly fishing, sailing, camping and golf. Students also complete a journal about all activities that they do, and present a project about the effects of recreational activities on the environment. It's a relaxed and fun course with plenty of activities!
