Give sorrow words; the grief that does not speak whispers the
o'er-fraught heart and bids it break.  ~William Shakespeare

"For each and every bell that rings,
Another angel gets its wings...."

A million words would not bring you back,
I know, because I've tried.....
Neither would a million tears,
I know, because I've cried....

A child that loses a parent is an orphan.
A man who loses his wife is a widower.
A woman who loses her husband is a widow.
There is no name for a parent that loses a child,
for there is no word to describe this pain.

A Life may last for just a moment....
but memory can make that moment last forever...

The best and most beautiful things in the world
cannot be seen or even touched.
They must be felt with the HEART.

Helen Keller

Our tears are our memories,
Over flowing from our hearts……

Loving you is easy,
We do it every day,
Missing you is a heartache,
That never goes away.

When links of life are broken
And a child has to part
There is nothing that will ever heal
A parent's broken heart....

Loved with a love beyond telling,
Missed with a grief beyond all tears.

"Though life is not as it was before,
And never will be again,
Our memories are much richer,
Than if love had never been."

When we honestly ask ourselves which person
in our lives means the most to us,
we often find that it is those who,
 instead of giving much advice,
solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain
and touch our wounds with a gentle and tender hand.
The friend who can be silent with us
in a moment of despair or confusion,
who can stay with us in an hour
of grief or bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing,
not curing, not healing and face
with us the reality of our powerlessness,
that is a friend who cares.
